Hey Ollie. Thanks for showing the respect towards the locals and not naming things and showing too much from around your dive locations. I think that stuff goes a long way. Awesome bro, keep up the good content 🤙🏻
You are certainly living the life Ollie! I started spearfishing at 12, did my qualifying ocean Scuba dive on my 14tth birthday and have many fine memories of Cray dives on the west coast of Victoria. Some big Crays back then too! I'm now 77 and those times are just memories now, but both you and I have memories of fine times. Keep up the great work mate, you take me back!
This is the life mate, carnt wait too see you get a boat & outboard sponsor which I think will come, even though your probly very happy with what u already have another awesome vid mate
@@olliecraig-primalpursuit mate this is where Matt Watson & broody from YoungBloods started now look wishing you the same success mate & the awesome lifestyle you live🔥🔥
The work you’re putting in to create these amazing videos does not go unnoticed. I truly hope you enjoy making these as much as I enjoy watching because I want more haha! Thank you Ollie!
Mate what a great vid, fish Crays and shellfish and they weren’t the star of the show, what an amazing spot to drop the pan. Great footage always great underwater shots and commentary, fantastic work good to see you have taken crays from breakfast to lunch with that beautiful golden NZ butter, I can’t wait for the lobster dinner recipe, thanks for sharing another great primal pursuit episode unbelievable stuff
"Got to get as far away from people as possible" Mate I couldnt agree more!! Im deeply jealous of you being able to do these adventures, but I do love going along for the ride.
Maaaaate! I can feel my cholesterol going up just watching that 🤣… still makes me jealous though. And that’s the first time I’ve ever seen anyone cook with gas on top of a petrol motor!! Classic. Keep up the good work.
Awesome video as usual mate. We call them shellfish you got at the end pippies in Oz. My daughter eats them. Bit gutted we didn't see any under water footage from the lagoon. It looked awesome and clear.. I spotted some nice abalone too or Paua as you guys call them
Live in kuaotunu so as soon as I saw the thumbnail I knew exactly where you were aha , been going to that cave since i was young , such a beautiful spot. Glad you enjoyed it bro much love
Theres certain things that people do. That gentle little 'woo hoo' as you enter the narrow alley on the way in to have lunch just made my day. lol. I hugely enjoy your videos Ollie, my wife and I eagerly await new ones, we sit there with the laptop plugged into the 75 inch screen, there is no conversation, no popcorn, no telephone gets answered or even glanced at. Just rapt, respectful silence.
Love your videos Ollie, always great camera work and editing! You likely already know the Tuatuas are best left in salt water overnight to spit out sand. Cheers
Hey Ollie. With the tua tua. If you have a couple buckets with a few lids take some salt water home with ya and let the tua tua spit the sand out over night maybe change the water once over a 12 hour period. Way nicer with no sand in them ay
Another awesome dive bro. Perks of exploring ae, found that beautiful spot you did that cook up in. I had a good laugh when you joked about the cray pots 🤣. Loved the vid as usual bro 👌
Hi Ollie 🙂 Is this in new zealand? can i ask..coromandel or..thanks haha this looks like fun i have never dived as i have no one to go with or teach me i have the gears apart from the gas etc..thanks
Yes, Snapper love them! I only give them up very rarely as Cray legs are beautiful, Just not a lot of meat on the smaller ones anyway. Yes, Heard of true kits. Looks pretty good! Enjoy!
Have been following you for a long time now man what you do is awesome an you inspire so many to do what your doing.. QUESTION: When your on these solo dives does the thought of being alone in the water ever concern you have you ever come across a life or death scenario before? I guess all you have is your spear gun for protection against sharks ect. Also how do you decide on the locations that you go to do you just wing it or do you put in some research before heading out. Cheers bud keep up the wicked videos
A cool trick for removing the intestines in the tail is to break off a feeler about half way and shove it backwards up there, pull it out and the barbs on it will remove the entire poop shoot in one go.
Good to see my old hunting ground again is providing the goods! last time I was spearing kingis where you saw them the old resident 4m bronzy was a bit big and angry to fight off, not worth a lim or 2. Enjoy the video mate good work keep it up
Too many people over summer, better fishing and diving from about March to May I recon, bit so much to explore around the islands it's endless opportunities. Good luck!!!
Every bloody time you just pull another one out of the box, Excellent and lets hope that magic little lagoon remains a hidden gem. Thanks for sharing. PS What's with this "lobster" BS hahahahaha just funning
Hey people! I just recently started UA-cam and uploaded my first few videos, more to come. If you like outdoors, fishing and camping videos, you might wanna give it a try. Thank you so much and have good one!
Hey Ollie. Thanks for showing the respect towards the locals and not naming things and showing too much from around your dive locations. I think that stuff goes a long way. Awesome bro, keep up the good content 🤙🏻
Cheers Ben, I admit I’ve been a bit careless/Slack in past content but it is an area I am trying to improve on. Cheers for the feedback mate 👍
Good on you for not disclosing the name of the lagoon island. Have been there many times and never tell a soul exactly where it is.
You are certainly living the life Ollie! I started spearfishing at 12, did my qualifying ocean Scuba dive on my 14tth birthday and have many fine memories of Cray dives on the west coast of Victoria.
