This is my first time taking the Fuji X-E4 out to shoot, and I'm happy to report that the things I was paying attention to, like focus performance and ease of use, really stood up well. The camera will take some getting used to because it's so small in my hand. Another point is that the level of customization needed to offset some of the buttons they've removed is substantial. Overall, no complaints, and I'm sure I will love the camera more and more as I use it and get more comfortable with it.

The X-E cameras with the 27mm pancake are great street shooters. Like the X100 series but you can change lens! Fits in a jacket pocket.

Because I love photography and have been doing it since 1984 on Nikon bodies.
You have to learn to accept reality.
Many of those shots do not even require a camera. A flagship smartphone would have done it and no one can tell if viewed on a phone or tablet.
