- How can a pastry filled with whipped cream taste sooooooo good?
I have no idea. I just know these are absolutely amazing.
Yields: 3 dozens (maybe a bit more) cream puff
Baking Temp (for the base only): 375 DF / 190 DC
Baking Time: 25-30 mins. You want those golden brown. Check them at the 20-25 mins mark. DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN BEFORE THAT.
Choux Pastry:
100g butter
125 ml milk
125 ml water
¼ tsp salt
3 tbsp sugar
150g all purpose flour
4 to 5 large eggs (watch the video to know if you need 4 or 5 large eggs)
Chocolate Ganache:
150 g bitter sweet chocolate
2 tablespoons heavy cream
Whipped Cream FIlling:
1tsp vanilla
3 tablespoon white sugar
500ml heavy cream

Talagang one by one ang pag incorporate ng egg ano? Galing ng technique at bango siguro nung nagluluto. Gumagamit pala kayo ng bimoli at ambilis nyo mag chop! Dami nyo pala nikuto..yum! Nice one! TFS! Natapik ko na ang batingaw para sa mga susunod a tala sis. Sana makapunta ka rin samin. Salamat sis!
