“jubes” are used a lot in filipino desserts. we call them “nata de coco” but jubes is definitely a lot better 😂😂. my favorite way to eat them is with filipino fruit salad which is made with coconut milk, condensed milk, maraschino cherries, peaches, pears, pineapples, nectarines, and JuBes. 😂. after its all mixed together we freeze it and it’s SO GOOD. also, it’s better if you have them chilled. warm juice and jubes is not the move.
