Your work is always great Piotr, and when you're working-on/ leading-up a crew it elevates to an even higher level. Wishing you much continued success and growth!
Before, I couldn't understand why it was necessary to use so many lights during one shoot... Thank you... i love to see how works other crew's... and yes... yes... i can also made alone some lighting setups... but in teamwork it's way better feeling. I wish my best!
Thanks for this Peter. Any reason why you chose to white balance different values for each light (notice this in the Sidus app on screen)? The balance was from 4000/4100 for the ambient/back ground lights, thorugh to 46000 for the Key! Was this a creative choice? Or were there anomolies between each light? As ever a great insight. Thanks so much for sharing.
So each light will output a different value from what you set it to. When it bounce off objects or goes through diffusion, the kelvin reading changes. So on critical shoots, I meter each light and adjust accordingly. Thanks for watching!
Gosh. Eye glasses everywhere. What a nightmare haha. Nice work, though! A good team is invaluable. It really allows you to do your job so much better as a gaffer/key grip when you don’t have to worry and think about every little thing.
Why the p300's? I'm not sure why, except if you wanted a quick light with no additional diffusion, a p300 would be the best choice. They're really expensive and seem best suited for ENG work. Great video as always, thanks!
Great ask! The lighting was provided by the production company. They have these in their studio. So it was easy and cheaper to bring them along. Thanks so much for watching!
The most part it depends on the lenses in the glasses , the more convex the worse it it , movies will have flat glass "fake" ones . On doc,s / corps , it's just down to luck , some are just impossible what ever you do,. But yeah, side and high usually helps. Or a very large key that the reflection will cover the glasses lens completely and look less distracting .
Nice. But if you get a call from a glasses supplier what thoughts are happening? this is the crix of this job. Yu handled the reflextions nicely with a bit of a cost in 'panda eyes' on the talent. A hard shoot.
Man you are the goat, this setup is insane!
I do like to climb on things, you are not wrong! Thanks for watching!
So nice to see you working with a crew to enhance your work.
It is fun and you better results with the right team!
What a flex at the end, using that lift 😂😂😂
That was unplanned, but landed so hard! lol
Thanks for the help on this @PDmokry ! Always great working with you!
The commercial looked sick!
It was a blast, thanks for having me!
Turned out so great!

Glasses! What a challenge! Thanks for sharing, loved it!
Glad you liked it!! One set of glasses is a challenge, but hundreds!
Awesome work my man!
Much appreciated! Thank you for always supporting the channel!
I’m surprised they didn’t have mirrors behind the glasses 😁 Great work and thanks for sharing!👏👍
There were a few, but thank goodness it was limited! Thanks for the support!
Thank you for sharing your experience. Amazing
Glad you enjoyed it! More to come!
Could you give us an idea of what the budget was for a production like this?
That was not made available to me.
Love how you opened up the eggcrate opposite the talent, to give you more bounce. Adding that to the noteboook!

Amazing!! What percentage was the 600c at?
What was your stop ratio from little girl talent, compared to talent in the background? Great looking lighting! Thank you for sharing.
Nice!
Thanks so much!
Great video

Yes, makes sense. I should have thought of that before asking.
Thanks for taking the time to clarify though.
All the best Peter.
@@Longdancer We are all learning and we all forget things. I'm always open to questions, because I ask them too.

Thank you! Having a team helps you focus more on the little details that turn into big problems. Thanks for always stopping by!

I wish you would talk a little bit about light and glasses. How to evoid These harsch reflections on glasses, but good exposer on the same time.
Help
The grids help and light from above.

Aw c'mon, doesn't a part of you wish you took this on as a OMB? (one man band) 😜
I could have done it in 1 hour solo! So easy 🤣

The only thing worse than talent with glasses….. 😂
It was scary for sure! Not enough dulling spray to hid it all!
