Made one! I'm so excited. Thank you for your instructions.
I don’t know if you watch the Opinionated Quilter, but she just gave you a shout out. She said you were a genius to come up with the idea of cutting plaid fabric. I totally agree.
Wow I will have to check her out! Thank you for letting me know❣️
I love to see this kind of support across the sewing community!!!
Did not see that last part of pulling thru the handle coming at all. Thought it would have snaps etc like we did in the 70"s. Very cool Tracy, thanks again.
You're welcome❣️ Super easy make too❣️
I've been living under a rock that is so awesome and so easy, great new project Tracy ♥️♥️ Thank you.. about that broomstick I got several from the dollar store and use them to open and close many of my curtains.
This is a super easy project Terri...Let me know how it turns out if you try it🤩
I have made sooooo many hanging dish towels - many different ways - but NEVER like this. Love, love, it! Thank you so much.
Awesome..so glad it was a new technique for you to try...yay🎉
That’s a brand new method to me and I love it. I’ve always made the ones with a potholder and a button. Two thumbs up Tracy.
Thanks so much Barb ❣️😊
I can’t tell you how much I love this. I’ve been searching and trying things on my own how to do an easier faster hanging towel! Thank you!! 💜
You are so welcome!
same for me, the easiest to follow and complete so far! 🤩
Thank you for your easy tutorial! I appreciate you getting down to business without all the chattering. Mine turned out great!
Thanks for a great hanging towel tutorial. I will use this pattern to replace my very worn towels!
Awesome...have fun with it❣️
Who'd a thunk it?, Tracy of course, lol You really amaze Me Tracy at the ingenious tricks, tips and techniques that You Share with us! Another Burrito method yet not a pillowcase, Awesome! I Absolutely 💯 % Love ❤️ Love these! Thank You 😊
You are so kind Marie...thank you for the sweet words❣️
You come up with the BEST usable tutorials Miss Tracy. Love love love this one. Thanks so much. Have a terrific week.
Awe Thanks so much Debbie.....I love useful items❣️
Great tutorial! Thanks for the well presented details for sewing each step. Love the humor, too. Take care and blessings to y'all.
Thanks so much Vicki for the kind words❣️ I love that some of you think I'm funny too LOL🤣
Love the magic and the sturdy way to hang it !
Thanks a bunch DeLee❣️
Now that might stay on oven door handle all day! I have a towel rod that could hold one too! Thanks Tracey for another great idea!!
Will totally stay on even through grandkid visits❣️🤣
Love the magic fast hanging towel. I first was not really interested but you got me. Love it.
Got ya❣️ Awesome❣️
Tracy, I'm working on my second magic tote. I love your magical channel!
Awesome❣️ Thank you so much for supporting my channel❣️
Great project. Thanks for the detailed, meticulous video. Have a blessed day
Thank you! You too Kay!🤩
You are the queen of how to utilize the burrito method! Just FYI: Wawak makes a version of the clips that run $6.99/box of 100 in a nice (but branded) tin. I needed a very quick project I can sell to raise funds. These towels will be great. I’m hoping to get either a Janome HD9 or Thor 1341SRG.
I'm happy to be the queen of something LOL🤩👸🏻Thanks for the tip on the clips❣️ Check out Juki Junkies before you make a decision✅ jukijunkies.com/?ref=TheSewingChannel
I have a Janome QC1600P and absolutely LOVE it! The HD9 is comparable.
I'm not a quilter but follow you for the "magic". But I do learn from all.
💖💕❤
Awesome Sharon...thank you so much for supporting my channel❣️
Tracy. CONGRATULATIONS 🎊 👏 🎊 🥳 I'M so happy to share with you.. you have made #1 GENIUS IDEA STATUS on The Opinionated Quilter. I was like WAHOOOZA 🥳, that's our gal. So there ya have it, just poppin in to Say CONGRATULATIONS Have a Totes Awesome Blessed Day. See ya soon🥰
Woo hoo🎉 Yay...That's awesome that she shouted my channel out!
This is a much easier to understand video of how to make this towel. I tried watching another one, but it made me feel like I was in Algebra class. I’m sure it was just me, but it led me to finding your video. 😁
Another spectacular video. I look for your videos everyday. You never, ever disappoint. How do you think of all these great ideas?
LOL🤣 The ideas come to me in the night LOL (joking)! Thank you for the kind words Anna...I appreciate you support so much❣️
What a cool way to make hanging dish towels! 💕
Thanks Lynn...super easy too❣️
This is the best! Thanks so much! Will definitely be trying this method out!!❤
Thank you for such a good presentation. Clear, easy to follow, and so fun and professional. I plan to make a few of these. They’ll make a great gift paired with silicone hot pads.
Thanks again for a shortcut on these... Love it! I make these with the 'strap' in a contrasting fabric. What I would love is to have those lights on the bottom of your Juki 'head" explained... What they are, how they get installed and where to buy! I've seen some that are available, but they all seem too long or like they're knock offs that don't look like they'd be bright enough. Yours look perfect!!! Help, please??? 🤓
Here's the link Mary...they are for a sewing machine✅ amzn.to/3SbIk4h
So grateful you actually responded!!! Many thanks.. I'll give this a try and let you know if it works for me. The pricing is way perfect for me! Thank you again! 🤓
Love it
Thank you so much❣️
Wow! Very cool idea! I may try this for our next Craft Fair! Thanks a bunch!
You're welcome...super easy craft fair item for sure🤩
Finally! a beginner friendly and enjoyable tutorial. love it. Thank You!
Glad it was helpful!
Wow! Cute! My granddaughter is almost 9 and wants to start sewing to sell. She’s saving money to buy a horse. I think we might try this one with a thinner towel for my beginner. Thanks so much for your tutorials. I appreciate you!❤
That is so awesome that she wants to start sewing❣️
@@TheSewingChannel it makes me proud!
I love this, it's so clever, I have a question, since you pull the towel through only one side, why can't you completely sew the other side before turning it out, that way you only have one open side to deal with? I will have to go and buy some new towels and do this, they would make great gifts. Since I am also a quilter, fabric won't be a problem, although this would give me a good excuse to buy more fabric 😊. Thank You for sharing your wonderfully clever idea, and your talent with all of us.
❤️I forget now why I did it that way...try a mock up for what you described to see how it would turn out...🤷🏻♀️
Just amazing! Can’t wait to do this. Thank you !
Thank you for the great lesson. Going to make a couple bday gifts.
I love it. ❤
Thank you so much Vivian...so much fun making this project🤩
Thank you! Very detailed tutorial and it was successful for me. Great job. Thank you!
I like this type of hanging towel so much better than the type that uses potholders. Very nice.
This is a very nice project. I have never seen towels sewn together like this here in German. So my question is: the towel is now much smaller, can you still use it to dry the dishes or is it more of a decorative element? Kind regards & thank you for the video.
Omg, I am binge watching you since last night! 😂 I love what you do and I love your voice and your polish. Thank you, I have so much stuff to make because of you ❤
Awe...thank you so much for supporting my channel Eva💕

You're welcome Linda❣️
Thanks for this! I made a very similar one as gifts this past Christmas. It operates the same way, but uses the whole towel. Gotta say, this method looks easier and quicker, not to mention cheaper! You have a nice clear presentation style, also. Look forward to exploring your channel more : )
Very cool! Thanks. I love my Juki too! Best machine I have ever owned.

LOLOLOLOLOL🧹🧹🧹🧙🏻♀️
Which end is the top in directional fabric? The side before the center or after the canter?
Really lovely thank you
Thanks a bunch Jean❣
I love this . Thank you. Where do I get those plastic bags on your wall?
I have a video tutorial on my channel..."scrap wall of fame"❤️
What happened to your original video for this hanging tea towel? I was able to figure it out, because I like the band to be the same as the hanging fabric. Love your videos. I'm trying your Gingham Rose pattern. Also I am gathering the towel instead of pleating❤
The original video is still on my channel🤩
Love you ❤
That was cool❤
Hi Tracy I'm trying to find the video that you explain about your table that you got from home depot can you give me an idea what the title of that video is? Thank you
I don't have a rod on my stove. I have handles on my cabinets/drawers. How about a tab at the top that buttons?
I do have a design I make for knobs...but I don't have a tutorial yet for it. You can always narrow the top to fit your handle...so instead of 6"..make it 3"...will be thicker of course so go slow...try and see...✅
I’m interested in the fabrics from the quilt directly behind you. Where can I get that line?
Unfortunately...they are all prob discontinued...most of them are from Lecien Flower Sugar...etsy may have available though✅
