Well, when a 'Natalie' chooses to tag a poor 'y' along like the 'ie' doesn't quite accentuate the 'ï' sound enough, then you know it's not your stereotypical woman. And it's quite clear - beauty and brains rarely share the same table for starters, and that's saying it mildly. Great piece this one, Crystal!

Great great conversations ladies, thank you. Valentine's Day is sold out in most places; hotels in Mauritius are fully booked from December to February. There is no making late reservations, you will not find what you like.
About that social media, it is bitter-sweet; good when used well but terrible when misused. I actually know about mental stress manifesting physically in the body; my back would pain every time I worked extra hours to beat deadlines. I almost thought my disks were displaced in the lower back yet all body scans were clear.
What I do now is prepare way earlier for all my assignments, I would rather have extra time than the adrenaline rush and pressure.
Freeze, flight, and fight; when in anger or extreme bliss, step back and breathe. Both emotions when extreme birth results that are not good. Walk away when triggered, just walk away even when you are right and the other party is wrong. Confront people maybe after an hour when you are calm and collected. All this is easier said than done, it takes practice, years of practice. Have a blessed month!!!

Her bones must be brittle. It's actually serious. I wonder if she gets enough vit d and calcium because the way she goes on about how she breaks her bones easily is alarming.
