Just heard Daniels solo stuff for the first time this week and I've been obsessively listening ever since. Last night I was googling DR UK tour to no results. Now obviously this new holy grail of a song seems like some form of answer, thank you! Replay.
This song blew me away at first listen. I've had it on repeat since. The layers, the harmonies, the visuals, the pace, the percussion! It teleports you to and between other dimensions. So so so good. Cannot wait for the album. Thank you, Daniel!
it's insane how no one else's music makes me feel like this... like your whole body is being enveloped and cradled, and torn apart at the same time..... like sinking into a bog that's slightly poisonous
I just realized something, the beginning of the song has this "yellow house"(1st album) vibe, then the chorus has this "veckitamist"(2nd album) vibe, then back to the verse, it sounds like "shields"(3rd album) and at the end it has a "painted ruins"(4th album) vibe.

This track is phenomenal and the news of the new album and tour completely made my week. I hope you are pleased with the result too! There were a lot of us anxiously awaiting this, sorry to hear it was a struggle to finish.

Silent Hour / Golden Mile (and of course Grizzly Bear's discography) has kept me coming back for that long, certainly
