Maybe Azeroth is ALREADY Void/Shadow in Nature. That's why there is this conception that Old Gods are responsible for the curse of flesh. I do think that Elune is also Void/Shadow in nature. All that does total Thematic sense.
My theory is N'zoth isn't dead, but he isn't coming back either. It made no sense for him to try to brute force conquering Azeroth, something made him do that. I think that N'zoth got in contact with Azeroth, and that terrified him. He realized just how powerful she is and how pissed she is at all these forces trying to corrupt/enslave her to their will. So, being the deal maker that he is he did the whole Ny'alotha invasion including 'attacking' the Heart Chamber itself. Sending a token force that he knew would be beaten back because his true goal was to remove the Titan Keeper squatting in Azeroth's Heart Chamber. Yep, N'zoth stole Ra-den on behalf of Azeroth. He also warned her of Xala'tath and set her up for failure. Now, why did he do all of this? Simple, so that he could keep his pocket reality city of Ny'alotha in exchange for helping Azeroth rid herself of some of her problems. That big laser beam was just Azeroth sealing the pathway from his realm to our reality proper. He did this because he knows just how powerful Azeroth is now, that she is pissed and ready to dish out some payback. So in order to save himself, because he knows the Titan Prisons are either failed or failing and she is ready to bust out herself. He struck a bargain and used us players to help further Azeroth's own desires to save his own tentacles.
Honestly I like that. It wouldn't make sense if N'zoth failed so hard unintentionally. He was always my favourite antagonist so him having his own little evil kingdom under the protection of Azeroth is my headcanon.
My theory is that the sun well will be a portal and we get the light Nazi from AU Dreanor invading us and we go back to a light destoryed AU Dreanor while also fighting forces of the void coming from where they get summoned from fighting two wars on two fronts
I like how no one says that about the orcs. The AU Draenor are just the original Draenei/Orc relationship except it's flipped. Instead of wiping out the Draenei and paving a road to the Dark Portal with their corpses, the orcs find themselves being subjugated - which is actually more merciful than the original Horde did to the Draenei.
As I understand it, AU Draenor was turning back into sands of time, it wasn't light destroying it. That's why it was dying, it's no more, and maghar are the only remnants of it because they slipped out of that potential timeline into a real one.
The Titans call what mortals use as a source of the Light the essence of Azeroth. So Titans view the Light as Azeroth’s essence. And didn’t the titans say the light created life on Azeroth. My bad, they meant “ordered”
I'm liking the pacing of the lore more and more. Steve Danuser was so stingy with the lore and the details, never wanting to let us know _anything_ conclusive. But with this they're basically coming out like "yeah, the world's a titan prison. It's fuckin' wild man. Here's a picture of it. Soon you'll be going there yourself" and I think that's exactly what WoW needed. We actually have solid things to anticipate and get excited for. Knowing this stuff doesn't hurt the storytelling. It enhances it. Cliffhangers should only be used sparingly.
I definitely agree. For years literally everything has been so vague, with so many stories starting something big and then Blizzard just forgets they ever even wrote that in the first place.
is it possible the crystals are void crystals that were put in place by the void Lords when they attempted to corrupt Azeroth, but Azeroth was so powerful she cleansed the crystals of the void and imbued them with her own essence?
The Titans are lying too us. We know Titans are born from planets but what if that’s not the only thing that hatches from planets? What if Azeroth is something different? Weve been given clues there arebother things besides titans and the naru out there. Like Elune, we still don;t know what she is, shes a moon and cannot be a titan and shes not a Naru, Tyrande nearly spit on Velen for suggesting it. Maybe Azeroth is one of these unknown godlike beings as well, neither titan or Naru or void lord ect.
Well we do know what she is kinda. She's a Life related being, opposite of the WQ in the realm of Death. So she's gotta be like the titan/eternal one/void lord of whatever there is in the realm of Life.
Maybe Azeroth is ALREADY Void/Shadow in Nature. That's why there is this conception that Old Gods are responsible for the curse of flesh. I do think that Elune is also Void/Shadow in nature. All that does total Thematic sense.
I was focused on the part where Archadon mentions that the Keepers were aware of the Old God influence while they were imprisoned, it was always assumed that the Old Gods went unnoticed. Also, doesn’t the crystallized Azerite/world soul essence explain what the Jailer was harvesting? If the Manifold is broken, doesn’t this affect how Xal’atath hopes to capture the world soul?
The thing is, with basicly this hole world being her prison... blizzard could easily RIP azeroth as the "world of warcraft" and either make us go to hole other world entirely OR restructure the world as we know it once again in a way bigger way than anybody would currently imagen.
Ok but Sylvanas was literally just running off grief and anger that she couldn't reunite with her family in the afterlife (which was *literally* a Jailer lie). Like... I feel like that's all she meant. How in the world would she have known about *this* :''D (I get her line is basically just a meme at this point, but seriously, she did not know this.)
She was working with the Jailer, who for sure knew about Azeroths truth, ofc Sylvanas knew. She probably assumed it was a lie after she turned against Zovaal.
Sylvanas and her "this world is a prison" is a different thing. She clearly meant all of existance, it's a homage to gnosticism, evidenced by all the Ouroboros symbology in Shadowlands.
6 years ago. the world is in a fake box. (2-3 speculation channels on youtube) 4 years ago. Sylvannas this world is a prison (shows destroyed sky linking to a different world over icecrown) today; OMG new lore this world is a prison. no way!
@felixforschner2572 WoW doesn't have well made lore. Neither do the MCU or BBC show or any reddit/tumblr/Musk Net weeb show or anyhing approved by reddit/tumblr/Musk Net.
Sorry, but this story that the Titans are bad and they have imprisoned the. Most powerful thing in the universe and let the whole thing to chance and not protect it with all they had is just dumb... And bad writing... You can't make lore changes on this level and think it is a good story... If they would have made Dragonflight a filler story, where they changed alot of lore and EXPLAINED it and now we have to see those changes in thai trilogy, that would have been better... Dragonflight should have been a filler story, where you make changes to the lore and universe, explain some minor plots, explain some big plots, but not too important, make it actually a story where you just put little stories, quests and literally explained them all and link them in some way with the old lore
Them being "bad" was never new bro. They had multiple fail safes installed into the planet to wipe it for a long time within in the lore. In fact them being pure "good" is way more of an asspull than them being bad. The fact of the matter is the Titans have their own goals and motivations and they really wont let anyone get in the way of Ordering the universe. Including mortals and Azeroth.
Prepare yourself for the "Sargeras was just misunderstood" storyline 😂 TBH, we've known since Vanilla that the Titans were up to all sorts of shenanigans so the fact they imprisoned Azeroth's worldsoul for "the greater good" isn't that surprising.

IMO Azeroth is both Good & Evil (Mostly Evil) and she will be the last raid boss before the world reboot 🙋♂
no.
is it possible the crystals are void crystals that were put in place by the void Lords when they attempted to corrupt Azeroth, but Azeroth was so powerful she cleansed the crystals of the void and imbued them with her own essence?
Naaa theres no info that points at that. Good idea but not likely
It makes more sense for them to just be the Lights version of what the Void Lords did with the Old Gods.
Didn't in an old expansion, the titan keeper was going to destroy Azeroth and rebuild it? It is not a contradiction to what is happening now?

We got azeroth true form before gta 6
- Azeroth Heroes: This world is a prison, we must set it free!
- Sylvannas: 🤡
Sylvanas: What? This world... Is an asylum.
@matheusbrito1787 It's just MCU tier writing.
So is was correct. Azorth had something to so with all the free will of the races we play

They had influence with the Free Will of the Titan forged races, and then made flesh by the curse of flesh, like humans, gnomes, and dwarves
@@lucascunha1774 We have confirmation already that Elune is a Life related being.
That's enough evidence for me. Let's Take down Odyn already!

yeh, whats with the massive random openings into a chamber in northrend. there everywhere and u can go deep
