I like them. I am not crazy about the price of the “civilian” model. Hopefully the price comes down in a couple years when they figure out how to make them (BEV) at lower prices. I drove a competitor to this and it was great. It lacks this trucks range however. The 4WT to me is the sweet spot with best range if it came with less of the tank-like interior.
Everyone forgets the fleet model is for businesses that are looking to save on the lifetime cost of a vehicle. This ev truck requires zero oil changes zero fuel fill ups, very few transmission fluid changes, very few moving parts to go. Electric motors should last at least 500k miles.
These trucks are overpriced. With 70k, I'm getting a Ford Lariat nicely equipped compared to a barebone WT. Chevy needs to reconsider these prices. Insanely high.
Did you do a review on the 4wt vs rst yet .the 4wt is more in my price range. thanks for the review. One more thing have you done a real life road trip on the silverado ev like 500 miles or more. There's alot of road trips on the lighting which travel pretty good thanks again. Just to compare
