Love your videos! I have an early 2015 MacBook Pro with 3.1 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i7, 16GB 1867 MHz DDR3, and Intel Iris Grapihcs 6100 1536 MB. It is slowing down a lot and can no longer handle my admittedly gigantic photos library. I’d really like to upgrade it to a 2TB SSD if possible and would like to improve anything else I can while in there. Do you have any suggestions or would you maybe have one of these coming up in your videos soon? 🤞🤞🤞 Thank you for the great videos and any advice you can share.

Thank you so much for watching and enjoying my videos! I've seen 2015 Macbook Pro's upgraded to 2TB SSD drives, so I'm sure it's possible. But I haven't personally done it myself. It should be the same process as the video shows. But while increasing the amount of free space may speed things up, it may not be a super noticeable improvement. But maybe the process of saving your data, and performing a fresh install of macOS will add to the speed improvement? Good luck, and let me know if you have any more questions!

I just bought one of these in GREAT shape for $30. My only issue is that it came with no SSD (bought from a school). Im having the hardest time getting it to recognize the new 1tb SSD. help!
