Standard obsession with knives, flashlights, firelighting and organisational pouches. Two knives (a fixed blade and a pocket knife) plus one multitool is enough. Warm clothes, spare socks and a sleeping bag/woobie would be of more practical use. There's also no metal container to cook in, and that bag of food looks pretty scant too. Also all this gear looks brand new, you need to train with your kit. I'm sure if you had to sleep outdoors for three days with this bag you'd be making some pretty big changes.
Nice bag! I think you could save weight and space by reducing the amount of lights to 3. Also, 1 saw, less knives. Then you can get a jungle blanket or woobie and clothes in there. You're not going to get far with 100 lbs. on your back. Good taste in gear for the most part. I too, suffer from wanting a little pouch for everything. You can combine and save weight / space by eliminating some of the excess redundancy.
I am constantly trying to update my bag, and especially to make it lighter. It is a 75 liter and like most people I try to fill every available space. I have a new bag coming tomorrow and then I will transfer some of the excess from the INCH bag to the new 40 liter which will be for camping.
❤️alot of your gear I do agree with some of the other comments as a stand alone bag a couple systems are not shown Im sure u must have them but it would nice to see them included in this setup
You definitely have tons of stuff.. multiple options there. It is similar to what I have. With the exception of water purification, the blades, and cordage. I have a 38oz stainless steel nalgene bottleI, use the MSR trail shot and Sawyer mini, as far as blades go I carry the esee 4, esee 5, and strongarm. I do have a silky 240, but multiple reviews on the web state that that blade breaks quite easily. I have gone with the Bob dustrude saw.
Awesome, ya its ever evolving, ive used my silkys alot and never broke one just have to take it slow, however I did switch to the laplander in case someone else uses it I don't have to worry about it breaking lol
Great bag and equipment but I think you have way too much redundancy items. You can cut back on a lot of weight if you get rid of some stuff. Great video and equipment thou
too many knives. You only really only need 2-3 (one fixed blade and a foldable for your pocket) Socks are your friend. you need sleeping accomodations and maybe an extra pair of clothes incase your get wet.
I keep the clothes and sleeping options in my car bag, I do keep the shelter set up in this bag tho. This bag is pretty much the basics and items that would be difficult to make or improvise in the wild. This bag doesn't have everything in it but coupled with the other supplement bags forms a complete system. All the bags are set up for a predefined bug out plan and tailored to that plan, but great job noticing those details. Making these videos made me realize there is things that I need to modify to make each bag more of its own, as well as downsize certain areas to add others.

We definitely think alike. We have a lot of the same tools and major components but I have a lot more cold weather gear because of my environment.
I have alot to but there's just not enough room in this bag lol thats why I had to go bigger lol
You might want to have a warm, dry change of clothes, socks, etc.. and do you have any blankets/sleeping system? Rain gear?
Do you not carry any change of clothes or socks? Might want to give that some thought 🤔. Otherwise nice set up. Stay safe
Bhaco saw won’t break. If it bends it can be straightened unlike the silky which snaps.
Ya ive never broken a silky, but if there's a chance of someone else using it the bahco is the way to go

I wanted to lol but it might be frowned upon lol

You have a LOT of knife options
That bk9 is a beautiful knife
Yes it is and well worth the money
that's a good bag good job I can give you some ideas try using orange pill bottles to put small items in them it saves space
Good advice I actually ordered some of those film containers for just that

Actually I keep the extra clothes in my car bag which I'm usually not very far from but I probably should move them to this bag or jus have em in both
Clothes and sleeping bag? Is there a room for it?
