I Always Wonder Why Michael Was a Scared Of Dogs But Likes Having Snakes as a Pet
I don't think it was dogs in general, just Elizabeth Taylor's dog. Small dogs tend to be more guarded. There's a story about him finding a stray puppy in a parking garage and he donated to the shelter it went to.
