1) 芋头饭 Yam Rice
Marinate Pork 腌猪肉 :
180g Pork, strips 180克 猪肉, 切条
¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
¼ teaspoon Sugar ¼茶匙 糖
1 teaspoon Oyster sauce 1茶匙 蚝油
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil 1茶匙 麻油
Ingredients 配料 :
3 cups Rice, washed clean 3杯 米, 洗干净
350g Yam,cubes 350克 鱼头, 切块
50 Dried Shrimp 50克 虾米
6 Shiitake mushroom, diced 6朵 香菇, 切粒
Seasonings 调味料 :
1 teaspoon Salt 1茶匙 盐
½ teaspoon Pepper ½茶匙 胡椒粉
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce 1汤匙 酱青
3 cups Water 3杯 水
2) 麻油肉碎蛋 Sesame Oil Minced Pork Omelette
Marinate Pork 腌猪肉 :
100g Minced pork 100克 肉碎
¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
Ingredients 配料 :
3 Egg 3粒鸡蛋
4 tablespoon Sesame oil 4汤匙 麻油
30g Ginger, shreds 30克 酱, 切丝
2 tablespoon Dark soy sauce 2汤匙 酱油
100ml Water 100毫升 水
3) 泰式虾饼 Thai Prawn Cake
Ingredients 配料 :
200g Prawn mashed to paste 200克 虾, 拍成虾泥
150g Minced Pork 150克 肉碎
½ Lemongrass, minced ½条 香茅, 切碎
½ Big red onion, minced ½粒 大洋葱, 切碎
1 Egg 1粒 鸡蛋
¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐
½ teaspoon Pepper ½茶匙 胡椒粉
1 teaspoon Fish sauce 1茶匙 鱼露
1 teaspoon Sesame oil 1茶匙 麻油
6 tablespoon Breadcrumbs (Panko) 6汤匙 面包糠
1 Lemon 1粒 柠檬
