    Ingredients 配料 :
    500g Fried chicken feet 500克 炸鸡脚
    6 Shiitake mushroom 6朵 香菇
    8 Garlic 8粒 蒜头
    5 slices Ginger 5片 姜
    2 Dried chilli 2条 辣椒干
    2 Spring onion 2条 青葱
    Seasonings 调味料 :
    ¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
    ¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐
    ½ teaspoon Sugar ½茶匙 糖
    2 tablespoon Dark soy sauce 2汤匙 酱油
    1 tablespoon Oyster sauce 1汤匙 蚝油
    1 teaspoon HuaDiao wine 1茶匙 花雕酒
    2) Ingredients 配料 :
    ½ Bittergourd ½条 苦瓜
    4 Eggs 4粒 蛋
    2 Garlic, minced 2粒 蒜头, 切碎
    ½ teaspoon Fish sauce ½茶匙 鱼露
    Seasonings for Egg 鸡蛋调味料 :
    ¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
    1 teaspoon Fish sauce 1茶匙 鱼露
    1 teaspoon Sesame oil 1茶匙 麻油
    3) 酥脆腐皮虾饼 Crispy Prawn Pancake
    Ingredients 配料 :
    1 pieces Tofu skin 1张 腐皮
    200g Prawn mashed to paste 200克 虾, 拍成虾泥
    30g Carrot, shreds 30克 萝卜, 切丝
    1 Coriander 1条 芫荽, 切碎
    3 Water chestnuts, diced 3粒 马蹄, 切粒
    3 tablespoon Breadcrumbs (Panko) 3汤匙 面包糠
    ¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
    ¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐
    ¼ teaspoon Sugar ¼茶匙 糖
    1 Egg white 1粒 蛋白
