Rice is not part of Ethiopian food. Go to Indian or Asian restaurants for rice.

Girl u gat be open minded. The world love Ethiopian food. Of course it is not for the one who start eating with the processed food. If u come to ethiopia and tray the test of ethiopia, u will ask ur self "what the hell I have been eating all those yers" So girl yo never mess with Ethiopian and there food.

Get the meat they call it Tebs it is hot and very test the vegetarian food most of the time it is served cold .

Lol-my long two cents- Lexi i am feelin the dilation thing for sure it takes a bit- dark shades always come in handy takes edge off😎-Ethiopian food-back in the day (yr Mum and me) were no strangers to Ethiopian cuisine-we went to christenings/ Ethiopian NY celebrations, DIFI, and featured at many African dinners- I find their food flavorful though milder-not as spicy as ours-😅😊

its ok in my view if takes three months before a girl i know tries the asanbusa. the thing that is i think meant to be as much as fun as a snack. i didn't know there was that kind of habit to serve it before the main dish. sometimes that is where or how the rest comes. but in my view there is the rich heritage and kind of accomplishment with it. do u know that if u don't cook soya bean to the optimum u may get the worst test may be because u only magnified the natural test that is sometimes there u were supposed to cook

Yes! The place was amazing and felt like a hug just walking in the door. We aren’t Ethiopian, but Lex gets asked if she is constantly! We are in Texas 😁

bro the way you was picking it up that is not how you eat it, you wrap it up its not a taco bro and if its not hot don't go to that place again almost all need to be hot or warm cold food is a no no and not everyplace has the same flavor. and the injera there are 3 basic injeras and there are diff add on and things like that but trust me having Ethiopian food from a real place and if you know how to wrap it well yaaa
The Ethiopian food at the restaurants aren’t going to taste nearly as good as home cooked. My mom is a great cook and all of the injera/sebhi has so much flavor and I’m not being biased when I say this because anyone who’s ever tried my mom’s injera always compliment her cooking and come back for more. It really does just depend on the chef. Anyways it was nice watching you trying my culture food. Sorry you weren’t completely satisfied. I would suggest trying a different restaurant maybe but again it’s not going to be the same as home cooked.
