Blur Parklife Demo

Ah yes. That one everyone who don't think they know blur have still heard. As you'v guessed, Phil Danials wasen't availible yet for his contribution. Enter Damon to fill his shoes.
Is it wrong to prefer this version to the finished product. I know Danials was a more convincing cockny but Damon sounds like hes having so much fun. Even the chorus sounds better.
In short, THIS IS THE BEST VERSION OF PARKLIFE YOU'LL HEAR.

I actually don't like the final version. It's probably the only Blur song I don't like.
Somehow, I LOVE this version, though. Like it went from being a song I hated to one of my favorites. I don't really know why, though.

Is it me or was this song probably written as a tongue in cheek joke or was done out of boredom?
The weird cockney parts just feel like a 20 something guy just goofing off with his friends doing an accent, which I am sure was the intention.
