Come with us and see how much more there is to the Outer Banks than just the beach! In this video, we'll hop the dune line and show you around the back roads, which were heavily flooded due to ongoing storms.
The storms made for some spectacular cloud views, and very wet and soupy back roads. One spot in particular was deep enough that I decided not to press my luck, and you'll see me back out of it.

@@musselmanmedia5236 been going there for 11 years. The beachfront isn't rough, aside from the random hole/old wood piling. The speed limit is 15 though, if you're within 300 feet of any person or animal (35 otherwise). The back roads are a different matter, and that's where I spend most of my time.
