    Love the video. For years i tried to follow the conventional PPL programs that requires me to spend 1hr+ per session at the gym. And when there’s no gym when i travel for work, i couldnt get a workout in.
    Then i decided to be more minimalist with my fitness. Calisthenics, bands etc. All of which i could do anywhere with minimal equipment. No more excuses. Now i’m consistent than i’ve ever been.

    Thank you for all the information you give us brother, I train approximately 15-20 minutes a day (7 days a week) and my training routine is very minimalist and I train this way since I really like to train obviously with the intensity and the Training volume suitable for me, I would like to know how you would group or how you would choose the exercises for each day of the week, that is, a routine for the seven days, I hope you can answer, thank you very much 💪
