His second most Cinematic moment when he walking towards you arms open while firing his frenzy beam, or him turning around after impaling you and pose with arms wide open.
The fact that if your vigor is high enough you can just kinda say "dang that kinda stings" is so funny to me considering this would kill literally anyone in a realistic setting.
The first chance he gets, he inflicts the same torment he suffered for a thousand years. Midra does unto others as they did to him. He’s just like Marika.
Honestly, I like that even if it misses, it turns into an AOE, makes it feel unique and forces a sort of unusual response since the AOE lasts for longer than mid-roll dodge frames
0:17 here in the theme you can here a remake of the Frenzied Merchant theme. I'm starting to think Midra is not in control, and i think its Shabriri or the god that us the Frenzied Flame. That distortion is like a mocking to the merchants genocide and torment they were dealt my the Flame itself.
I wonder if the greatsword of damnation takes inspiration from the gáe bulg spear? The jutting spines from the sword seem somewhat similar to the 30 barbs of the spear.
I was very surprised he only has 1 grab considering frenzy is all about crazy grabs i was fully expecting one where he would have you stare into his frenzy head for an insta frenzy
well, if you watch closely, the lord of frenzy is always elegant and nonchalant. The frenzied flame is in itself not "frenzy" living beings inflicted with it go mad. Such a grab gives off the feel of a man who has lost his mind, not the lord of frenzy, if you understand what I mean. When the flame takes over and a person becomes the lord of frenzy, the "person" within is already gone, all that remains is a flesh puppet for the flame.
@@thetoyodacar2264 I know what you mean his fight is a dance after all but his grab could be elegant, he could dash at you and stab to lift you up with his sword slowly only to bring you up to his head to give you frenzy and then throw you back out with a twirl
@@dragonslayer3552 Hmm true. I can imagine him doing his deceptive, slow but fast floating twirl towards you and grabbing you with his left arm, lifting you and the orb would enlarge. On second though a stab would indeed be more elegant. Does the floating twirl, stabs in the gut, lifts you up and the orb enlarges. Could also make the sword sprout from within to finish it off.
Midra gives you a taste of the pain he had to endure for ages.
there are a lot of unsurvivable attacks in this series, and this has got to be the least survivable of all.
That flask of crimson tears must really be something special
Pshaw. You just need 60 vigor. And 39 more vigor. And light rolls. And maybe the mercy of God.
Your character being Tarnished is probably the ONLY reason they're able to survive it.
Well isn't it literally an one shot ?
@@dragonslayer3552 no it's not, it deals easily survivable damage. Honestly would not mind if this grab was a one shot execution dealing 99999999 dmg
He starts the fight praising the sun and then drops a "well, what is it" on you, love it
His second most Cinematic moment when he walking towards you arms open while firing his frenzy beam, or him turning around after impaling you and pose with arms wide open.
He is literally T posing in the most badass way possible
He‘s praising the sun! I mean…that’s basically his head.
The way his arms welcomingly hang open, as if to say “resisting is inevitable, join me and we can burn… everything”
This move should instakill at 80 vigor lol, it’s so badass 🔥
Go on high ng+ and it might as well at 50 lmao.
I got insta killed by it few times on ng+7
should auto proc frenzy at least
For pvp the skill is absolute trash
@@Ryuzaki280 Yes to fight against, cause the Hitbox is bugged and catches you even If you rolled out of it
Got up after getting hit by this with 1 HP and no organs left last night.
Enough… I Have Endured… More than Enough
THE DEPTHS OF YOUR FOOLISHNESS
The normal Midra has a grab too
Doctor: One Estus gonna fix this bad boy up.
The fact that if your vigor is high enough you can just kinda say "dang that kinda stings" is so funny to me considering this would kill literally anyone in a realistic setting.
Pretty much any attack in er would insta kill a normal human
The first chance he gets, he inflicts the same torment he suffered for a thousand years. Midra does unto others as they did to him. He’s just like Marika.
He actively warned you to stay away, then fought after you began fighting him.
Honestly, I like that even if it misses, it turns into an AOE, makes it feel unique and forces a sort of unusual response since the AOE lasts for longer than mid-roll dodge frames
This and the crucification grabs are probably the most brutal
0:42 it look like the attack left you headless :O
Merchant Midra of the insomnia
It just hit me, his theme reminds me of Demon of Hatred's theme
this is so sick, love the blur!

How in the actual fuck do our characters survive this?
Midra should've tried harder smh.
2 words plot armor
how did you get the camera into that position?
Use Elden Ring Camera Tool by Otis_Inf
Flawless
Actually this looks very similar to what elden beast and shadow tree avatar do. Interesting what implications might this have?
What mod do you use for the cinematic camera I need to know 🙏

Fr, why didn't bro just use his crimson tear flask?
Well what it is
