Fantastic Videos but i did not see a complete motor strip down. The motor on my is the same as in video TurboCaddy 24v 1000w. The problem i have is that it gets extremely hot and i mean hot. I even have metal chains wrapped round to dissipate the heat. Still untouchable after a normal round of golf. I do have to ride it 350 yds from 18th hole to where i store it. I have fitted 4 new brushes and cleaned every possible connection. My Lithium 24v47ah battery was always above 52% after completing a round. The last 6 rounds it has dropped to 30% or stopped all together twice on the 18 hole. My battery is 5 years old and might be causing the heat problem or there is a problem with the motor that is draining the battery. I have ordered a new battery and will see what happens when its fitted. Just in case do you have a video showing complete motor strip down and any other suggestions of what might be causing this extreme heat. Thanks Joe
