As a support main in LoL, I can confirm.
This was incredibly well acted, everyone was just excellent and had their own personalities. The Soldier and the Medic instructor were spot on, but the Medic explaining everything stood out the most. The comedic timing of the entire video was just flawless. The little comments of the Soldier like "Hehe, not me" or "Pa-pow, that's what I'm talking about" also really helped.

Aw, thank you :) We're still very low budget, we've just apparently figured out how to work better with what we have.
High budget...? The skit is 2 people, a lab coat, a brown coat, a helmet, a pair of (likely) non prescription glasses, and a signboard

I am someone that played tf2 for thousands of hours and the part at the end, where the solider class is held, I love the first rule of the solider "protect the heavy" hahaha

BREAKING NEWS! The Scout who recently died has been seen running towards the Intelligence room. Early reports say that the general consensus among his teammates was shouted over by the words: "Spy sapping my sentry!"
I would actually argue that, in the current state of the game, the "who ever helps the medic" line is a bit inaccurate. Mainly because most people who play heavy now are usually heavy mains and actually tend to be very caring for their medic, whereas due to soldier being *perfectly balanced as all things should be and definitely not overpowered* he's a much better class to get kills with and that is usually all anyone playing him is concerned with. I'm not saying don't any soldier you see, just don't follow them. They will overextend and run headfirst into an enemy push, only to rocket jump away and leave you behind to perish. And, as a side note, the actual best heal target is currently pyro in my opinion. They can reflect projectiles (including scouts), extinguish you, are mobile, deal decent damage, and with overheal can be pretty tanky.
Anyways, that's my unsolicited medic advice. Trust not the roaming soldier, for they art a thot and will abandon you.

We have never had a use for a medic. We would however like an engineer that can repair us at the same rate as the turrets

A medic with an uber can be vital for a push that would otherwise be basically impossible. And I can't count the number of times as a medic that I've saved someone that would have died otherwise.

about the german accent part: as someone who is learning German and can say things without an English accent, I can confirm there are only 3 accents that you described. The nazi one fell out of fashion so the neo-nazis use the feminine nazi accent.

When pushing threw choke points, the heavy is still the best option, even more so when a pyro is around to counter other classes.
Being a medic isn't that difficult, you just need to heal the person with the most expensive hat. Someone should've mentioned that. Still a very funny eppisode though!

Step 1) Run around making annoying flanking shots.
Step 2) Memorise where the health packs are and keep circling back to them.
Step 3) Request dispensers. The Engineer will not understand unless to mention it 20 times a minute so make sure you are clear.
Whoever played Soldier was spot on.

This makes me feel better about the first time I played TF2 (having not played a game like it before) as medic and all my 'friends' yelled at me for not following the heavy around. Hey I'm playing to have fun too! Following one person all the time is boring!

As a German, the weirdest thing about foreigners imitating a German accent is the way people have started doing an Angela Merkel voice. Which is kind of like doing Ben Carson as your generic American voice.

I love Team Fortress 2 and have over 4000 in it and I've seen so many people like that teacher medic and loads of soldiers that are also like that.

I gotta agree with them, but a heavy is needed in a good rush, it has a constant DPS and builds up pressure on the enemy, also he soaks up bullets as he is the slowest and most attractive to fire on.
Come on, we all know that the medic should just run into battle and hit people with saws and syringes. What sort of medic actually heals?

Jennifer H As a German citizen, I can safely announce that the accent used by Kyle, although sterotype, isn't the accent most Germans have when we speak English. I have the fortune to be bilingual, however my mother does not. Hers, and any German I've ever met, has an accent more akin to that used by "Heinrich" in Kollektivet's songs "Compliment" "Blossom" and "Identify" (watch at own risk)
In essence, Kyle probably got his from listening to sterotype, overused accents.

Yes, I understand that it gets annoying when we only heal the Heavy, but we have our reasons. The Heavy has a lot of health and is big so he's going to soak up most of the damage. So if we want to get the most possible healing done while being lazy and only healing one person, we heal the Heavy. Also being players mostly interested i helping the team we usually play the objective, which the Haevy also usually does because of his low mobility.
