@TurabiLaptops I did. I'm wondering if the button stopped working. The battery indicator flashes but the power will not come on. I put ram upgrade a couple weeks ago and no problems. Upgraded the gpu and power won't come on. I put the old gpu back in and still no power. It's like the on button is not working. I don't know how to check it.

I have a m4700 can i get k5100m?
It seems that it's M4700. Do you see the plastic part on the RAM area, I have the same one. Does it mean that you can't updrade up to 32 GB Ram.
I triede to install 2x8GB to achieve 32 GB but my M4700 doesn't restart until I used only 2x8GB
Do you know if it's possible to do any RAM configuration?
Under BIOS there is nothing that I can do to be able to use all the 32 GB

It seems that I have a 2 cores processessor and only 4 cores processor can work with up to 32 GB RAM!!!

@@CadicadMaroc By the way, it also tells you that in the "specifications" section of the Dell manual, although Dell didn't advertise as such when they were selling them.
