$65,082.75 with concrete at $30,604.
Pricing can vary by location based on material cost also on building use which changes reinforcement. This was priced based on our clients needs

And with concrete the total is $95,686.75?

Yes you can. Everything would need to be engineered differently to make it a liveable building
60k for building and 5k for the small amount of insulation on the roof......insane
Our prices are very competitive :)! We stay very busy!
That's how these places make money. They can only charge so much for the steel itself before they are no longer competitive so they hammer you on all the add ons.
@@justinnav we allow our customers to provide they’re own add ons if our pricing isn’t competitive for them. We would just install with labor.
We know we aren’t the cheapest option but best with the value.

@@justinnav We do not offer 32x80" Doors. On our Red Iron Projects those are 36x84" Steel Insulated Doors for $1200. Found some at Home Depot for $838 (without insulation) to $1100 .

Can’t recall if we asked him on site why he got those windows but we assume lighting or aesthetics (:
