Love these shares 💗 BREATH is the MOST useful tool during labor and delivery. I had a regular meditation practice prior to having babies. The sooner you can start, the more connected you'll be to your breath, which helps to deepen your awareness, which helps you to be AWARE of your body and what it and baby are telling you they need at any given moment--whether it's a deeper breath in, hydration, movement, whatever. It supports your surrendering... to your body and baby, your guides. One other thing that helped me soooo much with labor (I've had 3 boys) was to let go of the idea that contractions are painful and to instead perceive each contraction as a warm hug/squeeze around baby welcoming it into the world. Breathe in. You are welcome baby. You are welcome. Breathe out. 💗 Many blessings to all the beautiful mamas out there surrendering to the wisdom and strength and magic of your natural birthing bodies.

Loveee your presence on this platform !!🩷Could you possibly touch on your morning routine and night routine. Things you do that help with structure during motherhood and keep you grounded.

Thank you for your transparency in the beginning! We are one in the same. Last pregnancy was calmer and regimented and this pregnancy was more chaotic externally. Life was throwing things at me that were out of my control. I got three more months until baby is born and things finally calmed down. I will definitely be using this time to be regimented and intentional. Keep these videos coming, I’m all for this safe community your creating.

you're such a big help and inspiration, thank you!!
sidenote to your team: maybe get a clip on mic or something, the phone audio is super difficult to surrender to! Her words speak volumes but the audio makes it so hard to focus and absorb.

So powerful ❤ we can apply these habits in our life. Affirm, visualize, surrender, and trust God through the process.

Watched your first pregnancy video, just had my first. Natural at home before the midwife and doula arrived. It is BIG on trusting and listening to your body. I think the biggest thing I learned is that we are use to being in control of our bodies, where as in labor your body is in control. Surrender to that. Relax.
