It was in March so of course he was in shape 😂 he only had a couple of week for his paternity leave. But yes the most important thing is that they're healthy and happy and so is their baby.

This is so beautiful. I have so much admiration for you and other mothers out there. I cant wait to have children of my own one day and be able to feel those feelings of bringing YOUR chosen baby from another realm its insane. I love how positive you are and how you talk to yourself. Always saying “im grateful”, “thank you god”, you’re so self aware and connected to the earth and energy around you, i could listen to you talk for hours lol really thank you for your videos and positivity. Sending love.

You know what I really like about you? Your intentions! You´re trying to life so conscious throughout your day which is really aspiring. I´m a convert Muslim and in Islam we believe that all actions are according to their intention and the reward will be for what someone intended (We say Bismillah, in the name of Allah (god) before an action, so that it´s blessed). But still being consious of everything you do sometimes can be quite hard. You´re a good reminder :)
And this steaming bath looks really interessting!

That is a nice experience to have your spouse's support and interest in the natural remedies. I would suggest to put your herbs in cheesecloth so it doesn't clog the drain and look for herbal wraps. Raspberry leaf tea is golden for the uterine muscles, and plantain leaf is effective for breast milk product, good job. The herbs will not fail you. I massaged my baby from the day he was born and now he is 10 years old and has picked up all the massage techniques to use when he has a sore belly, etc. Bless you and the family.

My youngest is 30, I had three natural vaginal births. Labor was easy for me mostly because I don’t get menstrual cramps. However I wish 32 years ago I was educated on home births. I could have done it with all three of my children especially since there was no complications.
