Recently i was so inundated with work i cohldnt collect my medicine so had nearly 10day with out mynthyroid meds. I noticed after 5 days a lightness in mynlegs and feet. I felt 😂nimble as if i was 10yrs younger. Im back on my lever thyroixe and again my legs and feet feel heavir and mor achy. Would u know why ? 0:40

Magnesium oxide is the cheapest form. Other forms are more beneficial. Magnesium glycinate, Magnesium malate, Magnesium threonate, etc.
