If anyone's wondering about the venezuelan intros, the second TV channel shown, RCTV (acronym for Radio Caracas Televisión), one of the oldest TV channels in the country (founded in 1953) was closed by the chavist dictatorship on 2007 and replaced with a government propaganda channel, TVES (acronym for Televisora Venezolana Social). It was a very very shocking movement for the people not only in Venezuela but in the continent, and there even were protests in all the country supporting the extension of the channel's concession that the police, national guards and "colectivos" (armed groups related to the government) repressed with bullets and tear gas.
The TNT "news" ident at 16:55 might belong not to an actual newscast (I'm not sure if that channel had any newscasts at that time at all), but rather to an astrology show called "GLOBAl news" with a reference to the last name of Pavel Globa, a somewhat well-known Russian astrologer at the time and probably a host of that show.
