i have a question about the gold stripping solution, for example if i want to recover gold plated from 100 boards like that u recover gold from it, do i have make a solition with 50 liters or is it enough to use the same amount that you used.

I see grey trace on your stripped boards.It's mean some of your stripped gold cemented back.Perfect stripping show bright white on pcb surface due nickel plating under gold.

The gray is an oxide layer formed on the nickel due to the hydrogen peroxide.
Nickel can't participate in substitution reaction with gold in cyanide Solution.
It adds up little here little there

desafortunadamente ningún bicarbonato de sodio neutralizará el ácido, pero lo que necesitamos es neutralizar el nítrico o el nitrato para dejar precipitar el oro. entonces necesitas agregar urea o ácido sulfámico

Hi, can u explain, when gold is dissolved in KCn and gold stripping power. In addition of HNO3 the Ph rises to 5, gold precipitate as almond colour. When melting the precipitate it contains to metalic gold. Looking forward for ur experience. Thank you
What you explained now, is chemically possible but you need to be extremely careful with acidifying KCN solution it will make HCN gas could kill a person.
This process( indonesia method) is all done in closed fume hood and scrubber. I just need to know what chemical reactions which precipitates gold out of the solution. Thank you
Cyanide would be expelled from solution in acidic condition, since there is no halogen ion (E.g Cl- ion or HCl) in the solution to keep gold .
Gold would precipitate out, since nitrate ion is not a good complexing agent for gold.
Probably you would get the same result with sulfuric acid but nitric acid is able to dissolve back percipitated copper into the solution, so gold with nitric acid is more pure....
I think this method will have almost 95% recovery rate, what do u suggest..
Will it be much safer to use sulfuric rather than nitric

عالی، ی سوال لطفا راهنمایی کنید، من چند سال استخراج میکنم تو هوای آزاد و با ماسک شیمیایی کار میکنم، برای گلد استریپر میخوام سدیم سیانید استفاده کنم، ماسک و هوای آزاد کافی هست؟ ماسک و فیلتر خوبی باشه امکان نفوذ به ریه هست؟ این مقدار سیانید که استفاده میکنین خیلی ناچیز هست خطرش در چه حدی هست؟
تو این چند سال هیچ وقت سدیم سیانید استفاده نکردم

Seems like some AU was lost somewhere. Id of expected more gold from all them chips and the boards. But 🤷♂️
You won't get more, I've processed 1 ton of this material, average yield is about 220 grams per ton.
@PickyPlans good to know, I've been stacking and prepping this material for almost a week. I will likely put it off to the side now. It flashes so much gold too 😔 I'll just run my GF material I guess 🤷♂️ but nitric makes fast work of this ewaste junk. Good video 👍
السلام عليكم اشتغلت على ici ram بطريقة الصهر في الفرن مع النحاس فتحصلت على سبيكة الذهب و النحاس و لكن معه معدن أبيض يتكسر كيف أستطيع التخلص منه
لديك جندى وربما نسبة معينة من الحديد والسيليكون في المزيج الخاص بك. لهذا السبب فهي هشة. صهره مرة أخرى وأضف بعض نترات البوتاسيوم في عدة أجزاء. لأكسدتها ثم معالجتها بحمض النيتريك
@@PickyPlans بارك الله لك على الإجابة اشتغلت على 20كغ ic Chips ram بطريقة الماء الملكي فلم أتحصل إلا على كمية قليلة جداً من الذهب لماذا لا يذوب الذهب في الماء الملكي بصفة كاملة فلتجأت الى طريقة الصهر مباشرة فاعترضتني مشكلة السيليكون فهو يعيق عمل النيتريك
@sofianesofiane4811 أضف المزيد من النحاس وصهره مرة أخرى ثم عالجه بحمض النيتريك. في طريقة الماء الملكي، عليك إزالة المعادن الأساسية أولاً باستخدام حمض النيتريك
