This runs pretty nice for an Otis. Otis Series 1 elevators are beautiful elevators. I really like how the motor drained out the fan. The fan is not that bad but I still like the motor. The elevator at my school district's office building has an Otis Series 5 Hydraulic Elevator with a very loud motor.

This is an in-ground? I'm surprised. Usually Otis goes with holeless. Otis hydraulics also tend to be extremely slow while going down.
