Has Carlitos replaced Andre as your tennis hero?! 😂 Seriously though, well played Karue. Very happy to see you back on court and succeeding as a player alongside all of the great coaching content 💪🏻🎾🔥
Well done Karue. The coolest thing about this advice is that I can implement immediately as opposed to the skills advice which I am also working on but is going to take a LOT of time and practice before I can implement.
This is some wonderful content. Not only talking the talk regarding the advice in your last video, but now walking the walk and actually showing us how to apply the exact principles you are teaching in a real tournament. Incredibly valuable stuff. Thanks so much, Karue! 🙏
Cheers, Karue. I’m the guy who said “go Bruins” as you walked onto main court at Ojai final yesterday. Good to watch you play all these years, Mr. Sell.
what you talked about around @2:35 Andre Agassi talked about on a youtube video, Arora woke Karue up! "Elevate Your Tennis Game: Learn from Champion Andre Agassi : Beware the Sleeping Bear"
@@KaruesellHQ love your content. Been following your videos for a while now. Former division 1 player now coaching juniors. This is one of the hardest things I have teaching my students is shot recognition-when to get in, when to stay back. A lot of missed opportunities after a good shot is hit to get forward and close like you were is an area I’m really trying to focus on.
I guess your popularity stems from being a really fun and very capable player to watch, with a very competitive mindset, who is willing to share his thoughts and content on an understandable and selfhonest way. And somewhat relatable in your mission, even if you're much, much better than most of us. In the end it's a gift you got - people just like to watch you. Keep going for it! Great tournament.
Congrats Karue !!! Impressive in that 1st match how you were returning the guy's serve inside the baseline. That's a boss move. Takes so much time away from the opponent.
Congrats Karue! Maciej (or Matthias / Matt in English) Rajski is a fantastic player (a 2018 Men Singles champion of Poland) and I would love to see the whole match in that final.
Finished in style! P.s. last week I lost the first set 1-6 vs a rival and I recalled the Mindset video and Agassi anecdote…rebounded to win the second set 6-1 (then faltered again in the third, but still…I’m happy with the second set :) )
Congrats K. Up or down, you got it and that in itself is a great achievement. All the best for the next one, not that you need it, your skills are killer as it is. Cheers! M
Well done and congrats! Great effort to win 6 high level matches whilst not 100% feeling it. The thing I've learnt about competing is it's not really about serves, forehands, backhands etc it's all about who deals with the pressure better and can win the big points when they come. Goodluck for your next event👍
Parabéns bro! Grande resultado.
Thank you for sharing your experience and the advice, Karue. Well done with the win and good luck on the next tournament. See you in a week with your new video.
Congrats karue for such a great week! The most important thing when playing tennis on the court is your mentality becuase as you said, your serve helped you a lot and you focused on the stuff thats working for you to get you the win. Sometimes I always just focus on whats not working then my game gets really messy but yeah as you said about focusing on what works that will get you to that finish line i'll make sure to do that
We are only as good as how we handle and grind in matches where we are not playing well. I have won many matches in a 3rd set tie break- by 2 points. Congrats on your win!!!! Still wishing you would come play the Washington Open at the Seattle Tennis Club starting July 31st.....
Hi Karue, congrats for another win! Well done. Can you share with us your strings full set up? Cheers! PS. In polish language you can read "j" as "y". So his name sounds more like: Maciey Rayski. ;)
Great video sharing your experiences! Sometimes it’s easier for club players to see solid amateurs like yourself competing because it’s easier for them to relate. Great Job well done 👏
Karue this is awesome, love the focus on the mental side lately. Any chance you could do something on fitness- specifically curious about suggestions for a non-touring pro with a job and family, and specifically how to handle fatigue mentally in match play. Too often I have a long point and am so winded I dump the next few points because I can't move properly, etc, would love to know your approach for handling being winded and trying to recover.
Hey Karue, That is awesome news. Also, I've just seen the Ojai draw and result sheet. All I'm going to say is "wow"... I'm just curious; are you going to dip your toe any deeper into the pro pool?
Karue you are the reason why i contemplate on switching to a 2H backhand from a 1H because i feel it could improve my game but when you hit a sexy 1H winner like that, that just confuses me! Any advice I could use to make me stick with either 2H or 1H and just work on. BTW congrats on your win! I love your channel.
That 1 handed backhand winner in the third though... 5:52
Where'd that come from, right?!
Just about to comment that lol
even the opponent had to applaud that 1 hander out of NOWHERE
Big congrats and great breakdown Karue!! Keep crushing it on and off the court 🔥
Thank you Simon!!!

I like the idea of using your strengths you have that day to carry you to the finish line instead of focusing on whats not working
“I’m there to fucking win” , “I know one thing, he hits the shhhhit outta the ball”
Dude I love your energy brother. Big fan!

Congrats! Great video. Would be great to hear what UTR tournaments you are playing so we can see if they are watchable on prime
Hes playing the Newport Beach PTT 25k tournaments.
That one handed pass at 5:55 was sick
Bravo
Your groundstrokes are very compact..and leave la less room for error..
Your backhand is so solid...
Compact and consistent..
"Focus on what's working". Like that - it's so tempting to try and fix whatever is broken but the middle of a match is not the time!
Cheers, Karue. I’m the guy who said “go Bruins” as you walked onto main court at Ojai final yesterday. Good to watch you play all these years, Mr. Sell.
The counter come-ons in the first match and the Tsonga 1hbh ripper against Lopez in the 2nd. You are brutal out there! lol
My chill persona goes out the window when I am playing matches
@@KaruesellHQ Me too, off court I'm very calm, but on the court I feel extremely desperate to win.
Congrats, great win! One mark of a champion is finding ways to win when not everything is working. You did that!

Net game is on point. Sniff out the right time to come in almost every time and volleys are rock solid. Well played !
Exactly! All about finding the right time

"solid amateurs" lmao he's a pro
Love to see this! Karue keeping his level up

Is UTR live on amazon prime ?
Well done Karue! Love all the teaching! I’m learning a lot.
Finally a tennisHQ upload
In the Jr's, winning is the difference between doing what's working instead playing to feel good about yourself like hitting hard without deciding

Great stuff Karu, especially the mental stuff at the end…. Although you’ve all got much younger legs on me, SQUATS
bro o teu ingles é fantástico . também curtia de falar como tu ahahhah. keep pushing
Great content, clever and well explained. Bravo Karue!
Bravo!! Well done and keep going 🎉
You are a great player, I'll like to see you on the tour
it seem u have some easy power in ur racquet ,did u put some powerful string in the main?
Wow, Karue, you pronounced Maciej name really well. All the best from Poland, good job! :)

What a channel. Wish I had come across it years ago. But if somebody once said to me, don’t drive in the rearview, learn from it.
Já te acompanho há um tempo assistindo seus vídeos e só hoje descobri que é brasileiro! 👍👏👏💪💪💪
I need to see the footage from the matches 😤😤
WPWP Karue, gl out there!!!
Karue was like - he said come on.... and I took that personally. LOL. Good stuff. Great tennis.
You have too many weapons! Congrats! Fantastic display. I would like to have your wining mentality :D
I wish I'd known you were playing; I would have come out to watch :) Next time.
Well done Karue!!!...are you using gut hybrid to serve so well?...love content!!!
Full poly atm
Congrats man
Did you play hybrid or full bed poly during this tournament? Just curious! The mental advice in this video is great!
Goated! Gut in the mains
for this tournament?
This is amazing. Thanks.
Really enjoyed your video. Thank you. If i lived closer i think you would be a great coach.
Eu assisto seus vídeos já há algum tempo e nunca tinha reparado que você é brasileiro hahaha. Abraço!!
Congrats 👌👍👏
Congratulations! Great job! :)
Well done!
What are the specs of your racket?
Congrats 🎉
Awesome Karue! How much higher would you say the level is in 15K futures events versus the UTR PTT?
I’d say it’s a mix between the qualies and main draw of a strong 15k. Only players from 12 UTR and up
@@KaruesellHQ right on cheers for the insight man!
how do u get your volleys so good?
What do your think was different than normal with the serve? as you mentioned it being super well
might have to make a video about it
@@KaruesellHQ That would make a dope video!! 😃😃
Congrats!!!!
How are the line calls from your opponents at this level?
Were you using the 2023 Vcore 95 for the tournament?
yes
It's crazy that you are "only" a 13 UTR! Great video and smart tips!
13 utr is high as hell
When? Where is the next tournament for Karue?
Karue are you from Brazil?
Im curious, is his rating the same skill as tennis brothers or simom fruedmen?
Much higher than both. At his peak Karue was a 14.4 UTR top 350 ATP player
Yay congrats Karue! Maybe you didn't play as well as you wanted to but..... the results was ideal! :)
Congrats
You are Brazilian, Obrigado
Valeu Karue, parabéns!
