Phenomenal house! I love that's it's all on one level, NO STAIRS! I don't care for the ONE black pole in the main area, it need to be covered, the back yard needs to be leveled, and that FENCE HAS TO GO! LOL!!!!

Nice house just to much white to keep clean. Plus what's the price and Hoa fees ? The only white would be for me is the ceilings. The master shower doesn't have bench seating I would want that plus they could take the tub out for me.

The angles in the housre are weird and lead to wasted space. Beautiful finishes though.
OMG it’s so weird that this home has so many small and weirdly shaped rooms. It’s like make less but larger rooms. If there’s 7 smaller rooms make 5 larger functional rooms that makes sense. Also it has weirdly shaped tiny bathrooms. This is a perfect case of don’t judge a book by its cover… because from the outside this home look spectacular. The inside is very clinical. No color anywhere. Lots of just weirdly shaped rooms. It’s just it’s bad and it shouldn’t be. It’s a lot of space… whoever the builder is they need to get some creativity my opinion
