Gentrification is a process of urban development in which a city neighborhood develops rapidly over a short time, changing from low to high value. A neighborhood's residents are often displaced by rising rents and living costs brought about by gentrification. Ik this neighborhood, my great grand parents born in 1912 owned a house there. My great grandfather built the house with his own hands. Years after they past in 2016-2018, the company started to build these homes. In 2020 My grandmother couldn’t keep up with the taxes they gave her 200,000 for the house & replaced the house with a 1 million house. It was so sad because she grew up in that house & wanted to keep it in the family. no one could afford to pay the tax because of the houses. There are other families being driven out the neighborhood too.
This house was actually built in a high income area. The least you will pay is $750k. Most people live here to be close to Greenhill, Hockady, or St. Marks.
These homes y'all show are so damn pristine. Always clean lines, sharp edges, beautiful decor, immaculate architecture. Y'all nail it every single time.

In Cali they do homes like this with views in the hills and Florida they generally do them with waterfront views. Here, it's like you've got this grand house fenced in this beautiful but boxed neighborhood.

They need to do like they're doing in my area Rancho Cucamonga/N. Fontana California. Building upscale modern home neighborhoods where you have a area of luxury than just a luxury home.
