It’s $1.7 million on zillow. The houses next door are 2 bed 1 bath and go for around $340 k. Not a good investment, this house doesn’t fit the area.

Built a million dollar house in thqt neighborhood, driving up everyones taxes around them. Gentrification 100 percent. Not a good look, could have built that somewhere else.
