Amazing video coverage! I will be there for the CDH on July 2022 and this has helped get an idea of how difficult the race will be. Hopefully Daniel and Jar arrived on time and well. Much appreciated.
Thank you for your kind comment! I believe the CDH track is a little bit changed now, hopefully to be easier. But it's definitely a hard 100 km.

Cool! I ran it last year too, and this captures it quite well - and brings back all the good memories of the glorious bits, and the bits of suffering:-). Saw myself a few times. Orange shirt right in front of you just after Canejan and in Daniel's finish shot (got in a minute ahead of him). See you at CCC?

What advices do you have for me to take part in race 3 month later???

I would advise you to study the route, especially the last third or so, which I felt was very hard. Some climbs were very steep, that can be good to practice. So save your energy until the end and don't forget to enjoy the view.
