Lofoten Ultra Trail 50 miles 2022
My film from Lofoten Ultra Trail 50 miles, 4th of June 2022.
91 km, 2,981 m+ altitude. The course was longer and flatter than planned as it was rerouted due to bad weather.

Några skelleftebor åker ner till Höga kusten för att springa (nästan) 50 km i vinterlandskap. Det går även att springa 25 eller 35 km. If u want to Compare eiger and valdaran, which one is challenging?
I would say that Val d'Aran is definitely more challenging. The terrain is much harder than the Eiger trail.
It was a usefull video from the race, and good and honest information. What advices do you have for me to take part in race 3 month later???
Thank you for your kind feedback! I would advise you to study the route, especially the last third or so, which I felt was very hard. Some climbs were very steep, that can be good to practice. So save your energy until the end and don't forget to enjoy the view. Good luck!

I was there 2 years ago and I am very happy, because i have finished only 16 second before time limits...🙂 What abou your age? I hope improve my finish time this year...

Cool! I ran it last year too, and this captures it quite well - and brings back all the good memories of the glorious bits, and the bits of suffering:-). Saw myself a few times.
