Hitting an old video, but they're so great for getting an idea of the broad strokes before I dive into a transformation. Finally... *finally* found a Galvs at a decent price! People bag on FT's transformations, but I like them. They're just complicated enough to be interesting without being a hassle. They engineering they do use is ultimately for aesthetic benefits. I don't need a lot of metal or paint in my figures as long as it's used strategically, but that's not to say I don't love & appreciate FT's materials tho. I look at my modest FT collection, and then at some of the new XTB figures...I don't know why XTB want to hurt me and make me cry lol. Some of their figures are awesome, so I know what they're capable of...but their designers are like that one guitarist that has to cram every bit of technical fret wanking they know into a song at the detriment of the song.
I see that these are meant to be instructional in a way, going step by step, and I do like it that. But I'm curious if you'd be willing to try making them more along the lines of how they transform on screen, with all the steps taking place at once, if that makes sense? That would be so cool
That would be cool, but my whole goal is to show every step sequentially. I almost did review videos because I was tired of reviewers mis-transforming figures and letting the figure wander out of frame. I would have to do a second shoot to have it do everything at once. I'll keep it in mind if I ever run out of material.
peolesdru well like I said, this stuff is good and I do like it, but it would be a cool addition. I've dabbled in stop motion I tiny bit myself so I understand that its stupid time consuming so I dont imagine you could do it for every figure. But just like every here and there for the really good figures, and keep doing what you're doing as the main thing Of course its up to you, but thats just a thought I had. Either way, you got a new subscriber today and I'm gonna watch everything you put out haha
Name: Galvatron. Faction: Decepticon. Function: commander. Alt mode: laser cannon. Motto:” My power is everything; defeat is absurd!”

Will anyone else attempt to fill his shoes?

Looking good. I like the little animated pose after transformation and subsequent 360 view in Robot mode.
Thanks. I actually start on that pose. The alt-mode to robot sequence is actually running backwards from how I filmed it.
Ah, I see. I always go from vehicle mode to bot mode and like to finish off with a little flourish if I can.
