Considering Groove is probably the Hardest of the team to get right in every defensor set I've seen this one does it in alot less steps but achieves such a solid look!
Agreed. I think MMC hit that sweet spot in engineering Groove’s transformation; unique enough to scratch the itch, but not complex or fiddly to where it’s frustrating or fragile. Other brands could take note from MMC!
There isn't quite enough space for the wheel to pass betwen the stowed arms, so the two halves of the lower limbs (wheel etc) split a bit as you pass it through. No big deal.
@@lynnesauer6008 It was hard to decide - The arms definitely want to be packed away (tabbed into the legs, covered with the white seat mount pieces) first, but then the wheel passing through causes the legs to untab from each other slightly. It kind of seems like that classic case of everything clearing in the CAD design but not accounting for the tires. The front wheels of GCreation Ultra Maxmas were similar - without the tires there would have been no clearance issue. I don't think a lot of times designers include the tires in the CAD design.
@peolesdru I was confused about the other video anyway. Try untabbing the seat from the arms, untabbing the arms from the bike body, then lowering the body for clearance
I get that they had to to make his robot mode and combiner mode work with the rest of the team, but I find it hilarious how big his bike mode is. If only we had real tech that allowed in universe size distorting :P
Pretty cool how the chest thins in the motorcycle mode.
Absolute wizardry. There are several things about this figure that are just chef’s kiss. And excellent video as always.
Just got this guy a couple of days ago. Guess I'll be opening him tonight. Excellent video as always!!
Very cool video peolesdru

MMC typically has nice, elegant transformations.

Awesome ✨️ ❤
I can’t wait for mine to come in the mail! I hope it gets to TFSource soon. Then I can finally stand this big guy up!
I felt the same way.
What thee got planned for next week, mate?
Not quite sure. Maybe a 30 second production of the Night Rider crossover.
"g1 accurate" robot mode
Oh no, what clearance issue? The other guy didn't have that problem

@peolesdru maybe it'd work if you get the wheel away from them, and another thing the other guy did was split the arms first

@@peolesdru did my instructions work?
How does it feel?
Good.
Yay a Combiner limb with less functionality than the G1 or CW versions
And yet it is way better all together. No extraneous parts needed.

In a realistic scale, the Helicopter would be the torso for that matter.
