All in all, building compartment house is usually expensive, however, beam and block is at least cheaper than conventional. One day I may consider it, especially T beam if God blesses me more, so that I can build my raised ceiling living room dream house.

Hi there. I will be using concrete T-beams for my span across our new home build. Can you tell me the dimensions (HxDxW) of the T-beams that will cover a span of about 30' (9200mm), 60' (18,288mm) and 20' (6100mm)? These spans are the longest spans I will have to cover so I can plan accordingly for the T-beam. Thank you and great video for T-beams and Flat beams.

when you factor in everthing i.e labor, wood props for support whats the cost diffrence between the two and finally can you mix and match say foundation and first floor slab you use t-beams and rooftop slab with not so much weight you use flat beams is this possible
