Tom Newell is definitely your best player you're definitely under-estimating him! 12 Decisions, 8s for anticipation and composure, 10 positioning, 8 and 9 for marking and tackling then you have relatively great physicals. At that levels that really good!

The only feedback that seems to work on a regular basis is "Demand more". My players cant handle encouragement, being told to concentrate or tighten up. And he should be nicknamed Chef.

You should have vent with dont get conplacent or nothing. This game is 80% about mentals. Always prise shout when you score to lift moral, and only when behind use encourage. Get creative or passion ate or demand more when you want something to happened
