What do I love about your tutorials?
    1) you take the time to explain everything without spending too much time on each bit.
    2) you make understanding how to do ea stitch super easy
    3) you show that everyone makes mistakes/miscounts, noone is perfect which makes it less intimidating for us trying to learn. Most people seem to delete the whoopsies.
Thank you for taking the time to make these tutorials and teaching us patterns in a relaxing fun way.
    🍻🥂 Here's to many more videos x

This is pretty late..4 years after! Looking for shawl patterns, i happened across this. Very nice.. my wife will love it.. and why are there so few men crocheting? I love it! Went to a prayer shawl meeting at our church last night. I was the only guy!

You'd be surprised to find that there are quite a few men that crochet/ knit. Historically soldiers in the Civil War knitted their own socks. Even earlier, men used to knit waistcoats. Over time it was construed as a more domestic/feminine craft. Creativity doesn't acknowledge gender, so neither do I. Keep up the good work! 😉🧶🕸🕷

Hi Craig, I agree with amandazimmerman886 below. She said exactly what I would have said. If someone (even a beginner) can not follow your way of teaching they are not going to crochet. I have just listened to a tutorial and crochet the piece with no problems. But you not only tell what stitches to do and you show where to put the next stitch. I see why you have so many people who follow you. I plan on doing more of your patterns. Thank you!!!

    Love it. Thank you.
I did my own tweak...I added a row of s
After hdc row (kept stitch counts same)
So that when I do color change...
The sc new color, and hdc rows of same color incorporate the whole butterfly in the same color row.
Wasn't positive it would work...but I'm doing the "Row 7" after my sc color change... I'm so SOooo jazzed that it worked out right counts with 3 in front, 3 at end, and the 7's between!
    😅😅😅😊😊

Thank you for showing how you did the edging. I finally finished my Butterfly Shawl using the Mandala yarn with the "I" crochet hook, and it turned out beautifully. I only had to frog a few rows! I did two rows of borders at the end and had plenty of yarn in that one skein, there was actually enough left over for one more row of border but I opted not to do another row. Thanks for the wonderful tutorial!
