Yes, they can. People who are restricted still can see our story, but on the viewing history you'll see that their photo icon color is slightly grey compared to others who are not restricted.

I can't edit my post, what I meant was, you'll see their profile picture icon in the viewing history turns slightly gray.

@@lanaboy8084 I don't know about that, not sure if someone put me on the restrict list. My guess is it won't, since the person I'm restricting is still on my list, unless I block them permanently.
