Is this still the best way to do this? VS the import/export feature QBO already contains? I was running 2 businesses out of one QBs account for 2022, and now have to move one of the businesses over to a new QB account. Trying to find the best way to do that.
Hello Hector, Thank you for the information, Is there a way to migrate the data without being posted transactions? for example a client of mine wants to start a new QBO from Jan 2022, but wants to keep all invoices issued to his customers in the new QBO, just for information... Please advise
This is incomplete. What happens with the two transactions that didn't import? What happens if you are importing 200 transactions and only 160 successfully import? How do you identity the ones that didn't import and get them to import? Is there an option in the 3rd party app to NOT duplicate import transactions transactions? Or do you have to somehow delete the imported transactions from the spreadsheet, then import again?

There are no real good options
Were you able to figure this out?
Were you able to do it with the QBO export feature or did you use this method? Thanks!
Thanks for sharing, explained in deep. keep it up!
Thanks. Is there option of automate the synch export of transactions?
No “automation”
What if the transaction had split categories. Will Saasant export all the category lines? Thanks.

There is no easy way to achieve this
How is this any different than the native import / export functionality of QBO under 'Settings'?
This one in the video actually works…
Does this delete the data in the original source automatically?
No
OMG I have been trying to but export our QB customers and accounts into our new QB company and it is not working
Thats weird; if you use the I am using in this video, it should work
do you have to reconcile again in the new account
Yes
