If you lock the other months around it will that help not having to do all the months over again? Can the accountant just fix one month and not have to redo the rest. Did this option to undeo reconciliation under an accountant login change? Ive done it once before, but I just tried again and the option is no longer there.
Love your videos, got bank reconciliation discrepancy (deleting) every month over two years with 1 year duplication transaction in between two banks, and one of the bank is finally closed unable to connect. May I have your advice the best way to do. Thanks
I made the huge mistake of using the same email of my user account 🤦♀️. I was tired (another mistake) and instead of checking which email I used in my user account I just assumed I log in with a different email and used the same email on my accountant account which was also my user account. Now I can only see accountant account and doesn't let me go back to user account 😑. Lesson learned, don't do things when you are worned out.
Scarlet P, were you ever able to resolve your mistake? I unfortunately, made the exact same mistake. Therefore I am wondering if I too will have to work out of the Accountant account from here on out, or if you were able to recover your old account?
@@MaiyaAva I didn't try to recover the old/original account. I haven't had time to do that but when I work from the accountant account and then go to the business profile I don't see any difference.
@@scarletp6971 FYI, I do not recommend trying to recover the old/original account unless you want to upgrade your subscription, assuming you have the Simple Start subscription like me. I spent an 1.5 hour today with a customer service rep, just to be told that I would need to pay more money in order to recover the account by adding an additional user, with a different email address, as a Primary Admin.

I invited myself as an accountant, created the accountant account and when I go to undo the reconciliation their is no action menu to drop down.
Try inviting yourself with another email
Accountant version not showing full year of history. Only shows current month.

Booking is not there anymore, its now called transactions
