You may know this, but it's Samuro the Blademaster from Warcraft and WOW, this with the red colorway. It's straight out of the fan and comic art- these figures look even better than they do in game.
Not really. Samuro is green, this Blademaster is red so he is a Fel Orc, and the only Fel Blademaster is Jubei’Thos. But Samuro is the more popular name for Blademaster though
These figures are amazing love every orc they have made . I never played wow but their character designs r dope . We r lucky mety toys r making great quality figures !
Mety Toys doing God's work Such cool characters based on Warcraft chars. Great review as always and please keep reviewing them all because the bests are yet to come.
I can appreciate the classic WC3 era designs on these figures, but I'm really hoping for a reissue of that Diablo II Diablo from a while ago. You could even give him a yellow or dark green repaint to reference his Nightmare/Hell difficulty palettes if a straight rehash isn't in the cards.
Huge thanks for this review. I need an oni for my collection so I've been eyeing Maestro Union's Shuten Doji. This thing didn't pop up on my radar at all (because, well, "red orc" was never gonna be a search query I'd think of when searching for an oni), and I'm liking some parts of this design more than Shuten. Will keep tabs on this one.
It's good that you got this evil version of Samuro, the original "good" version had a flimsy and soft sword, like McFarlane weapons. The paint looks a little better than the original Samuro as well.
Maybe you don't remember this (you probably haven't read my comment that time) but when you reviewed the other Orc from Mety Toyz I said I owned this figure and that in my opinion it was better. Even though the one I own is the regular green skin version. The first appearance of this character was as a playable hero in Warcraft III both the original green and the red. In my opinion the green color version works a bit better. Thanks for the review Anthony.
Hope you will get GDTOYS X BROTOYS 1/12 Storm King for review in the future. Its articulation is limited because of the heavy armor, but the paint, sculpt, and features more than make up for the lack of articulation.
Hey, i recommend reviewing spiderman india/pavitr prabakhar from the latest astv wave. I think hasbro is finally doing something good with the diaphragm and lower abdomen figure. Its still a mid figure but finally an articulation we wanted to have.
Recently discovered this line and I want to get into it, but cannot decide which figure to buy as a first. Seeing that you reviewed a couple of them Anthony, can recommend me which figure to buy first?
I’m not into these ork figures (are they base on World of Warcraft?) but damn, these are very cool figures. I saw some other more neutral looking one, I mean less WoW like and I was thinking about getting him… “ Maestro Union Syuten Douji”.
Blademaster predates Jinpachi by about 1 year. They first appeared in Warcraft Reign of Chaos in 2003, Tekken 5 was released in 2004. So it is not a ripoff
@ it is not about him disliking them, to be fair he is indifferent when reviewing, thats professionalism. He did give some MLs praise before, it is just that Hasbro can’t help making shit figures. So theres no reason for Anthony to stop making review videod of MLs, if anything Hasbro should stop making halfass recolor and mold reuse and shitty toys in general.

thanks for the info

I don't have an opinion on this character, but he's pretty badass. It's nice seeing Anthony review not-garbage
It’d be cool to use the base body for a Venom-ized Darth Maul custom
I went to the WF this year and got mine from there, also got the purple warlord. It is surprisingly high effort for just repaints.
I have the standard version (green skin). I have no problem removing the pony tails. I don't even need to heat them.
That's good
What I’m super stoked for is Mety Toys upcoming TMNT line that they showed off last month.
I'm worried about the articulation of those figures. They haven't posted any pics of them in any dynamic poses.
Love it! Just bought it!
I like these figures. i have a nice collection so far. the orc in pvp armor is still my favorite so far.

That figure looks really cool

ill be reviewing the shuten doji also

Nice review. I can’t wait to see their version of TMNT
Metytoyz has some awesome orcs.. can’t wait for a night elf

This figure looks awesome wow love those sword effects. @AnthonyCustoms will you review the Revoltech agent venom?
Maybe if he gets reissued
I'm waiting for the murlocs and goblins that (I think) they're releasing later, as well as the amani war bear mount.

Where did you get this, Anthony?
Está disponível pra pré-venda onde?

This figures looks badass if it's easy to get ill buy it if not I won't stress about it .I'm against exclusives limiteds and all that jazz
I can dig it .
They're doing TMNT this year.
Boa tarde amigo! Figura muito legal.
I keep coming back hoping he will review shf carnage would love to here his opinion on that figure
Hey man, I suggest you check out coser toys Abyss Knight aka Death of the Darksiders series, I guarantee you’ll love it.
Recently discovered this line and I want to get into it, but cannot decide which figure to buy as a first. Seeing that you reviewed a couple of them Anthony, can recommend me which figure to buy first?
Illidan for sure
Why isn't it ideal for the ponytale to be glossy? Maybe its meant to have a wet look
I’m not into these ork figures (are they base on World of Warcraft?) but damn, these are very cool figures. I saw some other more neutral looking one, I mean less WoW like and I was thinking about getting him… “ Maestro Union Syuten Douji”.
Yeah. These are wow orcs
The red on his head looks noticeably different than the red of his body, like its way darker. Am I the only one?
I think that's the result of it not being textured and printed the same
This is what I’m talking about! I like his sculpted on nipples! They need more paint tho.
How did he get them massive arms with no shoulders. Well traps if you want to pin point :)
Can you review shf daima kid goku
Not likely
Unpopular opinion, but I think red orcs are way cooler looking than green orcs.
Looks good but I have no connection to it and it’s too specific of a character design that I can’t mix it with anything else I collect so it’s a pass.
He's badass but I'm not a wow person
thats fkin Jubei'thos not Samuro
It looks good, but I'm not into it.
Jinpachi ripoff.
This is a wow character

@@Owl-xy1ox Total ripoff.
@ ofcourse Jinpachi rip off this design. It came later remember?
@@Owl-xy1ox Namco should sue!!!
You should stop reviewing marvel legends all you do is shit on them
i review everything objectively
@ I’m not defending marvel legends by any means.
how it is Anthony’s fault if the company keeps churning out shit for the fanboys with no standard?
@ my point is why keep reviewing them if we all know he doesn’t like them - it’s kind of repetitive
