I can not stop watching you doing this fine woodworking. You have such finesse with your tools. This build is the third I have seen today. Each takes me 3 times as long as the video’s actual length. I keep going back to see into some detail or other. First watch is seeing the surface, each successive view sees depths of detail. Anyway, I want to thank you for the experience of watching a Master Artisan work his magic.
Very, very nice piece! Beautiful work and the African Rosewood is gorgeous! I only hope to reach your level in the future. Rest assured I will get there in due time. Stay safe and Happy Building 💯😁
This is a work of love, excellence, patience, care, and craft. I appreciate the investment you made in this piece of goodness. Thank you for sharing it with us!
Color me impressed. What color is that? one may ask. That is green, green with envy. To watch you create such a work of art is beyond words. The joy you have given me, just watching a Master at work, is pure pleasure. Thank you
WOW! Blown away. I love it when I think to myself, "I would do this like that" and the woodworker makes that and then takes it to a level that I just didn't imagine.
Yeah that's pretty special! The dog hole screw attachment is a personal favourite feature, closely followed by the leather inlaid handle. Worth every minute spent making it!
Wow that is a vise that anyone would be proud to own.. If you have any like that laying around thats getting in your way and want to get rid of, i'm your man... This is the first time I've seen one of your videos and I was so impressed by what I saw, i subbed...Take care my friend and God Bless...
I just love your videos. The projects are beautiful and the process is elegantly told, but maybe most of all, you capture the very spirit of what it is that draws me to the shop. Bravo!
@Carpentak I love the fact you mostly used hand tools for old school build! I'm sure some hamster would love to romp through the oak shavings! (Not sure about the African rosewood). Such gorgeous grain in the different woods! Looks like there was enough size left in the oak cut outs you could easily make into dog pegs or use them for wedges on something. Can you please tell me what you call the planers used after 9:30 & 17 minute marks? I've never seen them before...that curved one looks particularly useful!
Why is it when i watch the carpenters on UA-cam they always have brand new tools Most of mine are at least 50 years old now it is great to see it greetings from Ireland
The reason my tools are new is because here in Korea, finding vintage tools is harder than finding new ones. Purchasing new brand tools is easy. Nor do I have anything passed down to me from my father or grandfather. Thank you Greetings from Korea.
CarpenTAK_DIY, I really like your ideas and your work. How about making the best portable workbench on UA-cam. I'd really like to see what you come up with. Keep up the great videos. Thanks.
