The 2014 CVNDSH Venge though... Looked so slick and it was just a simple, clean, blade of a bike. Newer aero bikes are probably better, but the aesthetics aren't for me.
I have the S-works Venge Vias and I admit it is harsh and heavy for what it can be compared to its newer version from 2019, but it is still comfortable enough to ride for long period and it is still a light bike for an full aero bike with disc brakes. I mean I'll keep my Vias for a couple seasons until Specialized offers a new Venge that will make the 2019 model look like a wood bike.
Hi, Thanks for the video. Have you actually ridden the Venge Vias? Do you confirm the harshness for long rides even with a combo 25-28mm tyres front/rear? The statements made during the video sounds a little theoretical...
thanks for your input and this bike comparison. i took a break for a couple months from youtube, but glad you’re still doing your thing and growing your channel. one day i would like to pay you for a bike build. probably a madone disc, or an oltre xr4 💜 anyway, kudos and keep doing your thing!
I am so curious for my own 2019 Venge.. I got a good deal on a used one (only 5 months used). I can't sleep man, like a kid waiting for Christmas to arrive!
Fair comparison Rony. Qn: I am building a 1X with Force AXS, and with the Flattop chain, I am struggling to find a chainring that is direct mount, 42T , preferably oval. (the SRAM ones are either 48 or 50T). Absolute black and Rotor do not have one. Do you know of any ? (Wolftooth have started but currently no stock) Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I've watched all your videos. I'm debating the enve's SES 7.8 and that's how i came across your channel. Looking back is it worth the money for the upgrade from the CLX64's? i'm on the fence still

You probably have different opinion if the Venge vias came out on 2020. I’d say the vias has more artistic frame aero design compare to the new venge now. The new venge design isJust So simple.
If I were given ten grand to spend, on a one-off purchase of a form of private transportation, I'd buy something like a Volkswagen Up over this. It's a bike for racing, not personal transportation. You can't race an Up in a bike race. Or in any race, for that matter. And no, I'm not sponsored, I just know better than buying a cheap car. This at least runs on my fat.

Finally a honest comparison between these two bikes. Really helpful, thanks Rony.
Thanks!
The 2020 Venge in red color looks so appealing! Might order one but I only need one because N +1.
I don't like red to be honest

function over fasion, they look like aero bricks and only look good if they are slammed without the spacers like Ronald's bike

Now how you feel needed to wait on my new Bmc Slr01 coulden’t sleep to.
It'll surely be worth the wait!
thx for the info. Have you encountered any disk rub during the ride of this new Venge?
Yes, but it's quite minimal

It's not a beauty contest. The Vias is overweight, over complicated and harsh.
Are you happy with the results of the gp5000 TL?
Yes
Are those the 25 or 28 gp 5000 tl tires on the new venge?
25
Any first impressions of the new felt AR?
Please PM me if the Venge Vias is still in good condition and for sale by whoever now owns it.
Hi, I have sold it to Spain, so I don´t have a track of it.
new venge is just a shiv set up for the road !
The Shiv doesn't look remotely similar
What size of frame is that bro
Which one
isn't it that smaller frame sizes are stiffer? as opposed to larger sizes...?
Yes
@@brunobaumanis7869 that's not what's mentioned in the vid!

Not in Specialized frames, where each size is designed individually to provide the right amount of stiffness for the target rider weight

if only you could pass on vias frame color to your bike it would look better :-)
Nope
Wasn't a fan of the vias' bulging stem, always thought it looked 🤮🤮. The new one looks so much cleaner
You can change it you know ... the stem on ronald's bike isnt stock either
I agree
New venge colors are so boring, this is the only that stops me to buy 2019. They need to have more colors

New venge much faster I believe
