- Update 21 Apr 2016: Repeatedly accessing the server save doesn't seem to be a problem for us. But the warning still stands, use a third party app to back up Injustice before using this glitch.
Update 4 Mar 2016: Update is not yet out on Android, but there is the possibility that on 2.8.0 on iOS repeatedly accessing your save from the server may result in the server save being wiped. Until we can confirm otherwise, do not use this glitch unless you are recovering your save from a third party app.
If this update is confusing to you, don't use this glitch.

This was filmed to address the growing frustration people are having with not being able to get the Survivor exclusive 4 star gear sets.
This is a method for getting your tickets back if you don't like what you. Essentially, a refund of your Last Laugh Tickets, since you don't keep your rewards, either.
It's a bit tedious, but still much less frustrating than just settling for XP augmentations and "hahaha"s.

Using a third party app to back up your data is highly recommended. There is a chance of losing all your progress, and having another backup minimizes the risk. However, this will still work as demonstrated and described without a third party app. - Ігри

is there any way to do this on IOS with a third party app, i dont want to uninstall/reinstall couse that would take me hours, and as you have said its not a 100% safe
Regarding the getting more last laugh tickets glitch you recently did, i have a problem where my game will be in 'portrait' form after unlocking my screen, so i can't spam click the button accurately. Is there a way to work around it? I tried turning rotation mode on, but it still remains portrait.

How many should I be getting from roughly 50 tickets? Should I reset if I get 3 or 4 gear set pieces and aim for higher? I know it's based on chance, but what would you recommend?

That's what we explained in the video: if you reset to get your last laugh tickets back, you will be giving back any prizes. It's basically a refund.
One or the other:
1) keep the prizes or
2) give them back in exchange for the last laugh tickets.

Google is less useful because there is a lag in when Google backs up your progress

Could you do a vid of how to use helium? I've been using ASUS backup I'm not sure if it's safe.

Using Helium doesn't lend itself to a video (at least not the kind of low-production value videos that we favour. You can just look it up on Google Play and try it out yourself. If your device is rooted, you could try Titanium, too. Helium and Titanium seem to be the two most popular options.

When I installed helium and opened it, it said I need to enable application backup. How do I do that?
Sounds like your phone is not rooted. That means you will need to download a program to your computer and hook up your device to your computer to enable Helium. You'll need to re-enable it each time you turn off-on your phone. Rooting bypasses all that.

Sanjiv Saravanan You misunderstood. Helium is the only one we know that does *_NOT_* require root. Rooting just makes it easier.
If you don't root your phone, you will need to enable backing up with Helium by hooking it up to a computer.

Both? None that we know. However, you only need a computer for Helium temporarily each time you restart your phone

what I do, is play with wifi on, then play survivor mode, when I get a decent amount of tickets, and I'm about to cash them, I disconnect from the wifi/cellular data, and cash them, if I get what I want I reconnect, and play an online match, if I didn't get what I needed, I go to the app, clear the data, and re log to my account, it will have the amount of tickets I had, and start re doing this process until I get what I want.

Apparently you run the risk of server data being corrupted that way

Ok I back up data turn airplane mode on buy pack close app restore data turn wifi back on go in app plus why would you need to sign in to wb if you you restore I apologize this question is = to flashpoint team with full gear sets
If you're properly restoring, you don't need to sign back in until you are done getting packs
i can give guarantee for samsung devices. bcz i do this many time. (samsung galaxy s4 and s3 mini).

3) exit screen to main menu
4) enter mp
5) exit after splash screen to main menu
6) backup data with helium
7) turn my phone off of internet
8) enter survivor screen and cash out
9) spend tickets
10) exit and close app
11) enter storage to delete data
12) delete data
13) turn on internet
14) enter app which logs into google play
15) log into wbid
16) survivor mode is on cooldown and i have the crap i didn't want

Well ... if you're using Helium, then you should be able to skip steps 10, 11, 12, and replace it with restoring your Helium save.
Not sure why your steps aren't working -- based on what you're doing, you are disconnected (from the internet) when you are buying the packs, and you are clearing app data before reconnecting.
There should be no way that your online WBID save should have any record of your buying the packs. Are you certain that you are completely disconnected? Wifi and data both? Some people don't realize that sometimes airplane mode can allow wifi.

Sometimes it's easy to mix up steps, even if it's something you've done a lot of times. We've done it ourselves. We usually figure out what we're doing before panicking too badly. Won't lie -- we've needed to refer to our own videos sometimes.

The glitch is still there as of now. I checked it and it stills works.

Well if your save gets corrupted device or otherwise you won't be able to access it right? I have had it several times happen where I enter the game and when I get to the main menu and my data has been wiped (and I am pretty sure I didn't do it) so I got to upload my server save in light of this revelation I am thinking maybe my device save got corrupted those times what do you think? Also what if you upload your device safe before clearing it that should ensure the server saves integrity right? Because even if it was corrupted before it would be overwritten by the fresh uncorrupted upload
MrElionor You can't assume that you will know when or if your server save gets corrupted. Based on complaints we've seen, it's pretty random, but often associated with the game crashing in the middle of something.

But you can know if the device save is corrupted and you can make the device save the server save as I understand it the server save is constantly refreshed constantly overwriten with new data you said you can overwrite corrupted data that's what I am talking about making sure the server save is fresh before erasing the device save to ensure that you can restore it also my game crashes frequently and I told you about the few cases of spontaneous data loss but fortunately nothing irrevocable so far

It basically this:
1) relying on an offsite server (cloud) backup
vs.
2) relying on an offsite server backup *_plus_* your own onsite backup
Whenever we have the choice, we go with #2.
Additionally, since the (WBID) offsite server backup in question has been known to lose data at times, we always advise caution for anyone going with option #1. Clearing app data -- without a third party backup -- in order to perform this glitch is going with #1. Some people may be comfortable doing that. We are not.

Not sure what you're asking ... it's really a demonstration of using the airplane mode specifically for LL tickets.

bdckr gaming after cashing out ll tickets in airplane mode i turn on the wifi logout my primary wbid account and login to any other working wbid account and again back to my primary account and that's it I get back ll tickets which can be even used for booster packs as well..

It's hard enough even when you know the reason. But if you don't know the reason, makes it even more difficult. Any hacking? Any unreleased characters? Simultaneous sign-ins from different devices? We have heard of people with Metahuman Flash being banned for using him at EVII.

Typically, it's playing on the same account on 2 different devices that's the problem (not the other way around).
Besides auto-bans (e.g. when a value in your save exceeds a developer-determined acceptable value), there are also (reportedly) manual bans, when your account has attracted the attention of someone at WB/NR (there was a specific case of someone prominent on the WB forums who has been vocally anti-hacking and who believed that getting reported by hackers resulted in his being banned).
If there is something that can be fixed (which is clearly not your scenario) then there is at least a chance of fixing the problem and then trying to transfer your progress to another account.
If there isn't something obvious that can be fixed, it is almost impossible to do something yourself, since you won't know whether you are bringing over to your new account whatever it was that got you banned.
At this point, it may be worthwhile contacting WB support and seeing if they can unban your account. Unfortunately, reports on the WB forums are that even if they do help you (which they often don't), it can take weeks before anything happens.

Think about disconnecting from the Internet as hiding.
Before you buy a pack, hide, so the server can't see that you are buying anything.
If you like what you get, come out of hiding.
If you don't like what you get, act like nothing happened by wiping your local data before coming out of hiding. Then restore your pre-hiding data with your own backup or from the server

We have not familiarity with iOS, so we can't recommend any particular third party app. We can speak to Helium because we have used it (a lot) and Titanium because it is very popular.

Some people on iOS have tried doing the same thing by uninstalling instead of clearing app data. Not what I would normally recommend because of the amount of data involved.

Probably not practical. On Android, you can just delete app data. We're not sure if that's possible. Are there third part back up apps for iOS?

+Mr Joker There is a way for iOS. When you want to cash out, don't. Just exit survivor mode and logout of your account. Go to survivor and then cash out and run through the last laugh tickets. If you didn't get what you wanted quit survivor mode. Now because you're logged out and disconnected from the server the progress won't save so log into a secondary account, log out and then log back into the original account. Once you log in, because you didn't cash out while logged in before you will get your tickets back. Repeat that process. The most important thing is that you cash out while being logged out of your account. This will work great for android too and save heaps of time backing up, deleting data etc. The only thing is that you have 274 tickets. I wouldn't even bother worrying about the glitch.

If you keep using it though the wait time accumulates. It's not a good idea to use it continuously.
Aaron I know i noticed this too but if you play the game for 1 day then take a weeks break like me its very helpfull besides the time doesnt REALLY stack it just sets the timer to 72:00 but really it only takes 24 hours

You're accessing via mobile, aren't you? There's an annotation warning against using it throughout the video, reference in the title and annotation to read the description first ... unless it takes you 5 minutes to read 2 paragraphs, you could've saved yourself that time. The title actually originally mentioned Android (like we do with all the glitches) but in order to add the warning to the title, we didn't have enough room to keep "Android" in the title.
