Can you please commit to these questions: Can a Cassowary live in the Cretaceous epoch? We do know about cassowaries being avian dinosaurus. Can the killer whales survive the Campanian and Maastrichtian stages of the Late Cretaceous epoch? Is a sperm whale comparable to Otodus Megalodon? All categories included.
Really determines where you put the cassowary at. And yes orcas can survive especially being able to live in groups so that will give it an edge. Megalodon is indeed much heavier than a sperm whale if you use the bigger specimens.
I feel like the croc wins at max but loses at average sizes. The croc is about 100kg heavier on average, but I’d say the difference would need to be even more than that to give the croc edge considering it’s out of its element and definitely not as adapted for combat on land as the bear. Very close match all in all.
Lmao I love both but the bears close combat just bit and claw something isn't a effect attack for croc and there not to agile so it's closer than u think and full size croc wins same size is a toss up @@kilianteni7884
Actually no, the saltie is decently larger. Which is the only reason why it’s so close. The croc is not more formidable than a brown bear at parity on land.
Short faced Bears in South America would have faced giant orinoco crocodiles and black caiman when around rivers, lakes, and swamps. And the African giant Pleistocene bear would have faced the giant Thor crocodile, and horned crocodile in Africa , and giant euthecodon in the waterways in Africa

Saltwater crocodiles have strong protection and a massive bite that could harm the bear if it gets a hold on the limbs. The kodiak is obviously not a weak contender itself being able to lift things that are incredibly heavy and they also have a set of sharp teeth and claws. The bear will have a difficult time trying to flip an aggressive saltwater crocodile and could sustain serious damage.
@@dizzyrose1809 I do think crocodiles are also a gruesome therefore being macabre towards the Kodiak bear (largest subspecies of the brown bear). I should've stated that it reckons or depends on the habitat of the battle. If it is flat terrain then Kodiak, if it is a rainforest or riverbank then the crocodile must win.
