Sorry i saw too many videos of vegans falling apart , it just isn't natural or for long term use.

The data, at the population level, contradicts your statement.

@@haviermassa198 He is trying to suggest those videos you saw are excemptional cases and not the norm. Basically that those are sensationalized cases in many cases. I'm not sure what data here is referring to because he didn't cite his sources. Not sure if I can agree with his statement though. I've seen lots of videos as well of it not working out for people. I do feel most traditional cultures have always incorporated meat into their diet. So he is making a significant claim, but not really letting people know how it got to that point. Even than studies can be skewed or have basis. So at this point I'm open minded, but really not convinced here.

Anecdotal data is not science. I can find anecdotal data of many people saying that by eating only potatoes for months they felt better. Their feelings do not science make. Though we don't push for vegan diet, and more on the side of WFPB, or plant predominant for those that have difficulty with WFPB, the data on the rapid rise of vegan and plant based living is overwhelming is the market doesn't lie. The fastest growing population, as is evident by the plant based industry, is the plant based or vegan world. Good luck in your journey my friend.

It is proven that low consumption of choline (50 mg) can cause organ dysfunction within a week or two (42 days)and most studies have clearly shown benefits of 200-300 mg of choline intake per day.
Getting that amount of cholin e is very hard on a vegan diet and should be addressed .

Moreover, 6 men developed these signs while consuming 550 mg choline · 70 kg−1 · d−1, the AI for choline. Folic acid supplementation did not alter the subjects' response

100 gm whole wheat has around 30 mg choline (white flour has only around 15 mg),100 gram rice 10 mg,vegetables and fruits has around 10mg except cauliflower ,spinach which have around 35 mg ,beans and soy have around 60-70 mg choline per 100 gm.
It is definitely much much harder to get choline from a vegan diet.I dont know why you guys are not taking this seriously about proper vegan diet for adequate choline intake(atleast 200 mg ).

Two studies showing a possible correlation w/a specific demographic (pre/menopausal women) with no mention of doesn’t support your statement. Correlation doesn’t equal causation or definitive proof (rare in science until many navy studies repeated.) Link studies showing vegan. diets esp whole food plant based as encouraged by neuroscientists on Team Sherzai lacks choline incl more then one showing amount of choline you note as a supplement. They have many years extensive experience carrying out and evaluating scientific studies so link a few well designed ones to a show a definitive link.

Thank you for this report based on your medical experience and research. Interesting side note you presented: that all this push-back by the meat industry is a result of the success of the plant based movement! That's awesome and hopefully the more they push and fail the easier it will be to reveal their motive$. (I also recommend Mic the Vegan's video.)

Thank you for this. I went "plant based" vegan 20+ years ago, to get off of kidney-destroying Gout medications. It was the best health change I have ever made in my life. No more Gout, pounds of ugly fat went away, energy levels went up, sleep improved, and more. A pox upon the meat marketing industry. The next best health change in my life was when I got a new physician and he put me on daily D3 and B-12 supplementation.

Appreciate your input. But the argument is that there is plenty of data that a high saturated fat diet, which is what most (if not all) those that take on a keto-diet partake in, has profoundly negative consequences on Alzheimer's risk, vascular dementia risk, and stroke risk. Also-- there is plenty of data that a low Sat. Fat diet - plant exclusive or plant predominant diet has tremendous positive effect on risk of all diseases, including heart disease, cancer, diabetes, dementias, and stroke.

Thank you for making and sharing this video. You are much appreciated. Side note: I watched your video on my Roku device which carries "a version" of the UA-cam application. I do not believe Roku added my view to your "views" counter. It was only when I watched the very same video here, actually on UA-cam itself, that my view count showed up. Just letting you know that, potentially, there may be a million views of this video, but if you only look at the count on this application, which may not reflect Roku viewers, it may not be showing you the total amount of people who actually viewed your video. Thank you again. Keep doing what you're doing.

The human body is genetically predisposed to make all the so called nutrients it needs - provided it is fueled (water, a carbohydrate, minerals, sunlight and oxygen) We can make our own triglycerides via consumption of various types of sugars or things that convert to glucose (starch, fructose, lactose, etc.) Unless taken in from a dietary source. And we make enough of our own antioxidants - antioxidants in plants are not proven to, or work the same way in humans through consumption the way you might think
